"Stars and Stripes" - Achievement Guide (Own every American vehicle in the game!)

Simple Guide, I made showing what American vehicles are needed to complete the Stars and Stripes achievement.

Introduction:

* In this guide I will show you what American trucks are needed to have in order to complete the "Stars and Stripes" achievement.

* Mind you I made this to help others that may not want to disable their in game dlc in order to make finding what vehicle the need to complete this. Or even hunt thru the wiki. As only the base game trucks are needed for the achievement

* Wish, I had found a simple guide like this when i was doing it.

I cannot get this achievement to pop. Nor Model Collector (own every vehicle).
I've owned every truck since Y1S3. I've sold and re-bought the entire fleet twice. Bloody thing wont pop :(
