SSL Poppy Bros. Jr.

Description
The lil' bomb throwin' buddy from Dreamland, Poppy Bros. Jr, blasts his way into the world of SSL, with a moveset adapted from the Bomb Ability from Kirby Fighters 2! Use his tricky bombs to set up traps and rack up damage, before finishing them off with a hearty strike! But be careful: his light weight and predictable recovery can make him just as fragile as the bombs he tosses!

---Notable Moves---

Nattack - Bomb Prep
PBJr prepares one of his signature bombs! While carrying the bomb, he can walk and jump, but he can't double jump, or use any other moves. The only way for him to get rid of the bomb is to throw it!
Be careful not to get hit while holding a bomb; he'll take extra damage on top of what attack his foe's dishing out! Be sure to prep your bombs when you're sure you won't get punished!

While holding a bomb, press the button again to do Bomb Toss, a quick, simple toss of the bomb in an short arc. Hold the button, and it becomes Target Throw, allowing PBJr to aim for a stronger, more precise throw! The longer you hold the button, the steeper the arc of the toss! The Target Throw bomb can go further than a simple Bomb Toss, but it has more startup, so be careful!

Bombs explode on impact, whether it be on an opponent, or if thrown, once it hits the ground. They're great for racking up damage from a distance, but they aren't too good at K.Oing by themselves, so be sure to mix in some melee attacks! Also, your opponent can snuff out bombs simply by attacking them, so keep that in mind while you toss 'em out!

Dground - Bomb Set
Poppy Bros. Jr. simply places a bomb down on the ground, acting as a trap. It will explode on contact with an opponent, or after a short period of time. The bomb will also explode whenever PBJr preforms Dground or Fground to spawn a new bomb, meaning that he can effectively detonate them manually! Bomb Set gives Poppy Bros. Jr. valuable stage control, though keep in mind that your foes could still attack to deactivate your bomb if you aren't careful!

Fground - Bomb Bowl
Bowling, anyone? Poppy Bros. Jr. rolls one of his bombs on the ground. Affected by gravity, the bomb will roll forward for a bit, before slowing down and stopping. The bomb will explode on contact with a foe, and once it stops rolling, it will behave just like Bomb Set. While a bit slow to start up, Bomb Bowl is great for simply attacking foes straight ahead, or for setting up a bomb further away. Like with Bomb Set, the bomb will go off prematurely if Dground or Fground is used again.

Bomb Set and Bomb Bowl share the same cool down time, so you can't do one right after the other. They also have the quirk where Poppy Bros. Jr. will take extra damage if hit during their start up, so be careful not to get punished!

Uair - Poppy Bro. Leap
Taking a page from his older brother, Poppy Bros. Sr., PBJr does a large leap forward. It doesn't go too high, but hoo-boy, does it go far horizontally! You'll could potentially be able to reach the stage wall from near the edge of of the side blastzone! Not to mention, the move has a sweet early hit, and is particularly strong if you land on a foe with it!

But be careful; the move isn't so great for vertical recovery, and it's a bit sluggish as well, so a prepared opponent can give Poppy Bro. Jr. a hard time recovering, as pay back for his bomb-throwing shenanigans. Fortunately for him, Poppy Bros. Jr. has 2 double jumps, and, just like the king himself, you can tap Up after the apex of the jump to enter pratfall.

I hope you have a blast playing as the lovable Poppy Bros. Jr.!
