Here's some tips and tricks to do once ya sync Bleach: Brave Souls Steam game to mobile. Basically, treating the mobile version kinda like a companion app. Note: This guide is kinda under construction.

Intro - The Long Reach

This may be not about catching Pokemon in Pokemon Go, but wrangling the mobile version of Bleach: Brave Souls (In an extended arm way), has the same "watch where you're going." common sense rules.

Nanao: "You have 737,790,337.06 hours* on the Steam version, why are you switching to mobile?!!"
Shunsui: "It's all part of my plans, Nanao. Why don't you love me?"

This guide is about how to take advantage of syncing, besides B:BS on the go and not losing your stuff. I regard this as B:BS's "Long Reach".

The mobile version is treated a bit like a companion app of sorts or B:BS Lite by some of the Bleach fandom, since it's not exactly designed well for mobile, like certain game modes and even doing some movements. Despite that this game started out as a mobile game in the first place.

Note: Help me find and correct any mistakes, misspellings, grammar mistakes and omitted information.

Don't forget to:

* These are different sets of hours, they're referencing how many hours I spent my time on some of my art software and games. (By the time of this guide was posted).

Da Set Up

Ya need to figure out ways on how to sync your KLab ID, KLab Global whatsit, Facebook, Google Play and other honorable not mentions with the Steam version of your Bleach: Brave Souls game.*

All About Accounts

These guides are about KLab accounts, account binding and tiny things in general about them (Like troubleshooting).

Account Technical Help/ Tutorials (r/BleachBraveSouls) - These tutorials and troubleshooting tips go beyond what's shown here and in the other guide that I made. Like including more versions of syncing, data transfer and dealing with known errors.

Sync

The perks of syncing is so that ya won't loose ya stuff, it's a good idea to do a multi-sync, if one social media account falls down, you will have a back up. There's the alternative of making a KLab account**, so, you don't have to worry too much about the back up stuff (except for the re-rolling, which I'm too clueless to teach you guys about.)

These guides are how to sync.

"Raw" Version

Doing the raw sync, feels like trying to cut the correct cords to defuse a bomb.

This is from my memory and I was using my KLab account. There might be a few missing steps, but this is the idea of how to sync. Note: Pray to all the gods and goddesses for this, besides RNGesus and the Crystal Dragon Jesus. Since there's a high chance of an accident happening.

1) First download the mobile version.

2) After downloading the mobile version of Bleach: Brave Souls, make what I called a "dummy save data slot." Ya will need this for the next steps. The "dummy save data" will have zero hours and no Orbs. It's "fresh." If you don't, you will accidentally erase your main save data and cause a re-roll.

3) Log into your KLab account, just to nab your main save data(?).

4) After putting in your main save data, it will ask you if you want to "update."

5) Clicking on "update" will erase the "dummy save slot", replacing it with your progress.

6) Wait for syncing between B:BS mobile and B:BS Steam to commence.

7) Continue playing from were you left off.

** KLab also has a Global account of sorts, but it's different from the KLab ID and I'm too lazy to look it up. All that I know is that ya can't do this one certain thing (I don't wanna say, because I forgotten what it was).

Mobile Tour

Providing that Steam and your mobile finished introducing themselves, you're now ready to enjoy the fruits.

This will require a ton of ad watching.

Da Set Up - Part 2

Here's how to get the goods from the mobile version of the game.

Ya go click on the gears at the upper right corner. Go to Options and click on General .

Scroll down to make sure that these switches are toggle on. Otherwise, ads won't play .

It's a good idea to temporarily do an IRL AFK, if you can't skip the ads. Come back 30 seconds later and claim the rewards, like Orbs, Paint Brush, XP points and a few other things.

This should be the middle result after the set up. I said "middle results", because you're here for Bleach: Brave Souls, not to watch a boring ad that makes Monument Valley (or in this case, Genshin Impact) look like watching paint dry.*

Remember the stuff that involves "Watch Ad" resets daily. So, each day, ya get rewards that are similar to log in bonuses. (Exception are Tapjoy stuff, that's a different beast).

* Off topic, I highly recommend "Monument Valley" though. It's a good thing that it's now on Steam.

Deja Vu

This is probably a useless chapter, it's only here so one doesn't freak out over a nothing-burger.

Just wait a while, like approximately a few minutes, an hour or day, for your game to set up. It acts weird, like the Steam game won't even start/load up. It's thinking (and in my case, my KLab ID, is trying to get back to work).

The other acting weirdness with the sync-ing, is with certain game modes, Rukia pops up and does the tutorial explaining, except now she's "Captain Oblivious". Due to when things finish syncing, your gameplay data and saves, like from the Epic Raid(s) and PVP, and ya already know what to do.

Mah Waifu/Mah Husbando - Ad Banner

These banners reset everyday and they're free, provided that you watch an ad.

The Character Shop is alerting ya about the availability of the banner.

This special banner will pop up in the banner selection.

Ya get one Character/Unit daily.

Ecstasy Of Coins/Important Supply Gathering

A tip that I will offer is use those ads wisely, there's some quests that will give ya "Double Bonus". This is more of a strategic method to get much needed supplies, with this example Coins.

Click on Quest, then go to:

Go to Power Up Quest then scroll down, until you reach the Coin Drop Quest

After when you're done with the Coin drop quest, click on the icon that's called:

Then you should get double of everything, Coins, XP, and such. After watching a boring ad.

Note: Make sure that your Character/Unit(s) are equip with the K Watch, Linked Slotted with a Character/Unit that has the Coin Drop or Coin/Crystal Drop, or has the trait/ability to snagged coins, like the Nanao Ise (Redux Version) or Tetsuzaemon Iba...If you want way more than usual.

Orbs For Broke, Substitute Shinigami

This is a very tedious yet randomize method in the mobile version.

Ya see that film in the upper right hand corner, clicking and watching a boring ad will give you randomize rewards.

Google Play Points

(Note : Add tutorials for both the Android and iphone versions of Google Play Points and whatever Apple's equivalent is called).

Orbs For Broke, Substitute Shinigami - Tapjoy

First and foremost Tapjoy is legal.

The California Orb Rush

To get gain access to the "California Orb Rush", click here:

What you're looking for is the golden yellow plus button that's right next to the Orb indicator. This is at the upper right corner of the screen.

If you're on mobile, swipe the tiny banner carosol, until, ya find the Free Orbs at the bottom of the main menu.

This should pop up:

Then go to Earn Free Items

Just set up the payment method and run off to get Orbs for free. Though be aware that some of these types of ads or questionnaires will want ya to sign up for subscriptions, order stuff or donate to some cause (like saving some endangered wolf species). Hence the payment method parts.

All of this is to get Orbs without buying in the in-game store or some $79.00 USD pack (With a barbeque of Jewels, Crystals, Droplets and other stuff on the side).

Note: Some of the free/"free" methods is answering some quiz, like what's ya favorite color, spin the wheel or downloading another game and reach a certain level. Also some of the quizzes are one Orb each. Others involve downloading other games, like AFK Arena, which will nab you 4 or 5 digit (Or more) Orbs.

Mishaps

Bare in mind that to a degree, both KLab and Tapjoy are a bit stupid, like certain offers aren't there, like the free game offers aren't available on certain phones or worst, other regions/countries. Same with deals, like depending on the country/regions, the offers suck or the whole operations aren't there.

You're Is S-U-S, sus

The disadvantage about taking advantage and benefitting from Tapjoy and being buried underneath Orbs. Is that a few other gamers will assume that you're a hacker that graduated from "Sombra's School For The Gifted Hackers".

A bigger disadvantage than people giving ya the "sus" treatment, is that some of the offers that Tapjoy gives are scammy and that these companies that are using TJ really want your private info.

Note: With the gaming apps, start it as soon as possible after when it's finished downloading. Because, if you don't, it will sometimes cause both games to glitch out and you won't receive the promised Orbs.

Brave Souls Passports

Ignore the Bleach Soul Passport stuff and don't ask me too much about it, because I'm broke, I wanna save my real money and Steam gift cards for higher priority stuff and I don't wanna risk touching that one. I figure that the Bleach Soul Passport subscription is similar to the ones that those MMORPGs have, like Final Fantasy XIV or World Of Warcraft.

This is where the mobile game's companion app status comes through, it's through the Bonanza Pass. (Remember, this is unaccessable on the Steam version).* There's two monthly subscription passes, the Bonanza Passport and the Character Passport.

Perks

Differences -

Bonanza Pass

Kisuke: "Yoruichi is worth it."

The Stamina/Story ticket limit increases by 10. Renewing the subscription will give ya 10 tickets.

The time for Stamina/story tickets to regenerate is three minutes.

Unique chat phrases, these character quips will be unlocked.

The Epic Raid cat Yoruichi pet. - She doesn't offer boosts and abilities in the game mode, this pet is just there for cosmetic purposes (Be aware that once your subscription expires, cat Yoruichi will go away. Unless, ya renew).

Daily Perks

You'll get one Brave Souls Bonanza Pass Summons ticket every day.

3 Month Subscription

You'll get one 5 Star Summon ticket, every three months.

Character Pass

You'll get a "Choose a 5 Star Ticket", which will allow ya to pick three characters from the Character Packs that have been release. But you will receive one of your choices. (Movie and TYBW Summons aren't included in this list). Each time ya renew the subscription, you'll get a ticket.

Each time ya renewed the passport, you'll be given 100 Orbs.

Daily Perks

Getting two free Orbs.

The Collector's Pass Ticket, this ticket includes both Premium and Limited Summons, especially the Seasonals.

The 3 Month Subscription

The perk is receiving one Rainbow Special Move Source, every three months.

Bye, Bye

If you're really planning to leave and putting up your Soul Reaper sandals completely. Don't forget to cancel the subscription, that way you won't have to deal with losing moolah for a game that you're not gonna return to. (Note: I dunno if ya should poke around the options to prevent the subscription from coming back on. Just check to really sure that you turn the thing off.)

Troubleshooting

At times, it's a good idea to stick with the same ID (like the same Apple ID or Google Play). Because, the subscription will glitch out, like when it alerts ya that ya already purchased it, but it's from another account. Call tech support about this.
