Skills from multiple mods(IP)

Added only the skill trees from the (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2355584653) "蜀山剑侠·李逍遥 Celestial Sword Master" Mod to the game. 2 Legacy skill pages, each costs 90 legacy points.

Added the individual skills and a complete skill pack of the skills from the (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2255895661) "legacy skill : Sword technique of cultivating Immortals
" Mod to the game. The individual skills cost 15 and the pack costs 120.

Added Yasuo's Steel Tempest(Q) from league of legends to this game. This one works as a 3 combo skill. I got the tornados and audio from this mod https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1956862438, changes it from 6 to 1. longer tornado. It is a skill that is buyable in the legacy shop. It is a 3 in 1 skill, the first 2 being impales and that last is the tornado.

Also, added Yasuo's Sweeping Blade from league, well at least something similar.

Also added a really expensive (160 LP) version of the NEW Shaman skill tree that has access to all the shaman ultimates without any quests required, so you can max out all forms.
