Notes:

• All achievements can be unlocked in New Game (NG), except for one which is exclusive to New Game+ (NG+).
  
  
• Most achievements are easier to unlock on Ng+, after the Cloaking Device has been purchased.

Debt Free Man and "A What?"

This achievement is unlocked upon completing the game's storyline.


A what?
Buy a cloaking device on Ng+

Upon reaching Ng+ after beating the game, purchase the Cloaking Device on the Tools4Thieves website, for $150000.

Wealth Redistribution, Sneaky Sneak and Hackerman

Those achievements will come naturally as you play the game, with close to no need for farming. Just make sure you fill your backpack with stuff every time you rob a house or do a job.

Most of your valuable steals will come from Richie R. St., small but valuable items are best, since you can carry a lot of them.

Those are the items you'll want to keep an eye out for:

• Anything that can be found inside safes
  
• Jewelry
  
• Watches
  
• Golden items (Goblet, Trophy, etc.)
  
• Locked phones and tablets
  
• Items with the "Antique" prefix (Richie R. and Industrial Sts.)
  
• Any painting found in Industrial St.
  
• Statues and Sculptures
  
• Clocks found in Richie R. St.
  
• Vehicles

Note 1: money gained from jobs regarding breaking something does not count towards those achievements.

Note 2: you can often sell items for higher prices on BlackBay, at your computer.


Sneaky Sneak
Finish 10 S rank thefts without being seen

To achieve an S rank on a theft, you need to steal at least some items without being detected by anyone, this includes tenants, street bypassers, security guards and potentially police officers, as well as security cameras and alarms. The more money you steal in items, the higher your chances of getting an S rank are. Note that stealing items you've never stole before might increase the likelyhood of a perfect rank as well.

Note: rank is calculated after exiting the map's borders, either by vehicle or on foot.


Hackerman
Disable 10 control panels

Control panels are those locks where you need to connect two ends of the panel in order to unlock a door or gate. Only unlockable after acquiring the Hacking PDA. Control Panels are found on almost every residence in Richie R.

Breaking Items Achievements

Fresh Air
Break 10 windows


Plumbing Expert
Break 10 toilets


Who Needs Dishes?
Break 10 dishes

Those three achievements require you to destroy 10 windows, toilets and dishes respectively with your crowbar. Those items can be found in every household in the game, just beware that the noise of you breaking those items will alert nearby people.

Note: the easiest place to farm for those achievements is the very first place you rob, during the tutorial, as the place is always unguarded and has 1 set of dishes, 1 toilet and several windows.


Nice Throw Man
Break a window with a brick

Throw a brick at any window to destroy it.

Stealing Common Items Achievements

All toasters toast toast
Steal 10 toasters

Just steal a total of 10 toasters cummulatively. Both "Toaster" and "Old Toaster" count for this. Here's a list of every location where you can find a toaster:

• Greenview St.: 101, 104, 105, 108, 109, 110, 112.
  
• Richie R. St.: 205, 207.

Note: toasters tend to be found in kitchens and sometimes in garages.


Too much TV is bad for you
Steal 5 TVs

There are 4 TV variations in the game, all of them count towards this achievement. Note that all TV variations require your car's trunk to be stolen. Here's a list of every location that has at least one type of TV:

• Greenview: 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 111, 112, 113.
  
• Richie R.: 201, 202, 205, 206, 207, 208.
  
• Industrial: 301, 303, 304.

Note: TVs are usually found in living rooms and bedrooms.


Art conoisseur
Steal 10 paintings

There are a total of 33 different paintings in the game, all of them count towards this achievement. Note that this refers only to paintings that can be found hanging on walls. Here's a list of every location that has at least one painting:

• Greenview: 101, 102, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 110, 112, 113.
  
• Richie R.: 201, 202, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208.
  
• Industrial: 301, 303, 304, 306.

Console gamer
Steal 5 consoles

There are 2 console variations, the "Video Game" console and the "XCube" console, both of them count towards the achievement. Here's a list of all locations that have at least one of the two types of consoles:

• Greenview: 101, 103.
  
• Richie R.: 201, 202, 206.
  
• Industrial: 301, 302, 303, 304, 307.

Note: consoles are usually found in living rooms and bedrooms.

Note: Santa's Sleigh will be covered in the section regarding Christmas achievements.


Car enthusiast 1
Steal Bolthorn 86 Classic

This vehicle can be found at Greenview St. 104, in the garage. You'll need a Car Lock Pick Gun in order to steal it.







Car enthusiast 2
Steal Aisan Cougar

This vehicle can be found at Greenview St. 101, in the garage. You'll need a Car Lock Pick Gun in order to steal it.








Car enthusiast 3
Steal Bolthorn Family MkV

This vehicle can be found at Richie R. St. 201, in the garage. You'll need a Car Lock Pick Gun in order to steal it.








Car enthusiast 4
Steal Vulcan Spectre

This vehicle can be found at Richie R. St. 205, in the garage. You'll need a Car Key Signal Cloner in order to steal it.







Car enthusiast 5
Steal Kubra GTS

This vehicle can be found at Richie R. St. 207, in the garage. You'll need a Car Key Signal Cloner in order to steal it.







Crazy about cars
Steal 5 cars

To earn this achievement, you need to steal a total of 5 cars, ideally the ones mentioned above for the Car enthusiast achievements. There is another car you can steal, the orange Vulcan Specter, in Industrial St. 304, but this one doesn't have any achievement specifically tied to it.


Skid mark
Steal the skid loader

This vehicle can be found out in the open, in Industrial St. 305 (Construction Site) and does not require any special tools to steal. There is a ramp near the Skid Loader, which allows you to exit the construction site more easily.











Forking Workflow
Steal the forklift

This vehicle can be found out in the open, in Industrial St. 305 (Construction Site) and does not require any special tools to steal. To steal this one, you'll have to carefully navigate around security in order to get it out of the construction site.

Egg Hunt

Egg Hunt
Find 5 Faberge Egg replicas in Richie R.

Steal all 5 Faberge Egg replicas. You don't need to collect all eggs in one go.

The eggs are on the following locations:

205 - in the office on the second floor.



207 - on a table, in the room with the balcony, on the second floor.



207 - in the kitchen, in the corner.



208 - on a shelf in the garage.



208 - on the second floor, in a locked room (lockpick), inside a cabinet.

VHS is the best

VHS is the best
Sell 5 VHS on Blackbay

All 5 VHS tapes are located on Industrial St. 300 (Warehouse).

The achievement is unlocked after selling the VHS tapes on BlackBay, then going to another area.

1st VHS - on top of one of the buildings, on a wooden crate.

2nd VHS - on top of a wooden crate, just underneath a security camera.


3rd VHS - after going down the second set of stairs, go to the right and into the door, then turn left and into another door. The VHS is on top of a shelf.

4th VHS - inside the first building, in the room which has a poster right next to the door.


5th VHS - on the room across from the poster, on a table.

Well Equipped

Well Equipped
Steal 5 yellow construction boxes

All 5 yellow construction boxes are found in Industrial St. 305 (Construction Site).

1st box - inside the guard's hut, at the very entrance.


2nd box - on the ground floor of the building, next to the stairs.


3rd box - on the second floor of the building, on top of some wooden planks.


4th box - on the top floor, on top of some wooden planks. To access the top floor, jump onto the red container and walk up a wooden plank.


5th box - on top of the scaffolding, only accessible by jumping down from the top floor.

Halloween Achievements

The following achievements can only be unlocked between October 1st and November 30th. Changing your computer's date to this time frame allows you to experience this seasonal event at any time of the year.


Creepy
Steal and sell 4 creepy dolls on BlackBay

All dolls are found throughout the haunted house in 306.

1st Doll - in the garage, next to some mannequins
















2nd Doll - on the ground floor, behind a door which is blocked by a mannequin. Turn your flashlight on and off while pointing at the mannequin in order to access the door.




















3rd Doll - in the attic, between two toy monkeys.








4th Doll - in the cellar, which can be accessed by a door behind the house. You'll need to crouch to enter the cellar.




















Like candy from a baby
Steal and sell 8 candy bags on BlackBay

Candy Bags are very iconic items, meaning they can be easily found once you're at the correct location. Here's a list of all 8 candy bags, all of which are in Greenview:

• 102: on the desk in the children's bedroom.
  
• 103: on a table in the dining room.
  
• 104: on a dresser, in the second floor's corridor.
  
• 105: under the desk in one of the bedrooms.
  
• 107: on a table in the backyard.
  
• 108: on a desk in one of the bedrooms.
  
• 112: on top of the safe in one of the bedrooms.
  
• 113: on the bed in the children's bedroom.

Halloween is here
Steal and sell 7 pumpkins on BlackBay

Find all 7 Jack-o'-lanterns and sell them on BlackBay. Note that you'll need to bring them to your car's trunk in order to steal them. Five can be found in Greenview and the remaining two on Industrial. Here's a list of them:
Greenview:

• 101: sitting on the porch.
  
• 106: on the table, in the balcony.
  
• 107: on top of the fence, near the gate.
  
• 108: on the small roof overhang, above the front porch.
  
• 113: on the railing, in the porch.

Industrial:

• 306: on the small roof overhang. You'll need to drop down from the attic window.
  
• 306: on top of the hedge maze.

Christmas Achievements

The following achievements can only be unlocked between December 1st and January 31st. Changing your computer's date to this time frame allows you to experience this seasonal event at any time of the year.



Dude, where's my sleigh?
Steal Santa sleigh car

This vehicle can be found in Industrial St. 307 and requires both the Hacking Laptop PRO and the Car Lock Pick Gun to steal.











Toys for greedy boys
Steal 6 big toy boxes

All 6 big toy boxes can be found on Industrial St. 307. Note that you'll need to carry them back to your car's trunk in order to steal them.

1st toy box - on top of a shelf inside the first warehouse.


2nd toy box- on top of a wooden crate in the first warehouse.


3rd toy box - inside a red container, more or less between both warehouses.


4th toy box - on top of a table inside the second warehouse.


5th toy box - on top of another table in the corner, inside the second warehouse.


6th toy box - on the ground, hidden behind a red table, inside the second warehouse.




















Reverse Santa
Sell all presents on BlackBay

There are a total of 39 presents to steal (thanks to @Vancleef on Astats).

Note 1: all presents can be found underneath the christmas trees in the respective houses.

Note 2: orange and white presents need to be carried back to your car's trunk in order to be stolen.

Greenview St. presents:

• 101: 1 red, 1 green, 1 blue.
  
• 102: 1 red, 1 green, 1 blue.
  
• 103: 1 red, 2 blue.
  
• 105: 1 green, 1 blue.
  
• 106: 1 green, 2 blue.
  
• 107: 1 green.
  
• 108: 1 red, 1 green.

Getting the skid loader was a pain in the a55. For one, it handles like shit and it really struggles to drive up the nearby ramp. Best bet is to have a camera jammer & use it on the cam. Then wait for the area to clear to give you time. I kept getting stuck on the ramp & was going so slow. I found it better not to steer straight up the ramp. Instead, I had more traction when I tightly jerked the steering quickly to the left & right. Make sure you don't over steer too much, the ramp is narrow. You kinda wiggle your way up. When I went over the edge, it landed nose down, making it impossible to drive. My van quickly sorted that by ramming it from the side, eventually moving it enough to right itself. Then, it's a very short drive to the border & you got the achievement & the skid loader in the garden of your hideout, but it's just decor.

@Brigg i got the achievements but i think it is bugged or glitch or something, so for everyone who is trying to obtain Halloween or Christmas Achievements or any other, you have to sell the items which is required to unlock and after selling still didn't unlocked, you need to force save game.
For Ex. you want "Halloween Is Here" achievement, after selling the pumpkins on blackbay if u still didn't get the achievement, just go to a random street like Greenview St. and you will get it

@A4Kwasthere To play the game on NG+ you have to start a new save file, then select NG+ when you're prompted to do so, hopefully you can manage to unlock those achievements that way. One more thing, sometimes those achievements that require selling items unlock when you go into Greenview St. after having sold them, it is possible that the game checks for the presence of those items in the overworld instead of checking wether they've been sold or not. I recommend you go back to those areas at least one time each, in case you haven't done that.

@ULTRA^-^KNIGHT Are you having trouble unlocking all Halloween achievements or some specific ones? Some people have reported that setting the date exactly to October 31st does the trick, even though it is stated that those achievements should be unlockable during the time frame described in the guide.

@A4Kwasthere There really isn't an order, I'd suggest going back to the many locations and making sure you picked up every present, specially the larger ones that require the car's trunk to move around.

I don't know why but after collecting all the gifts and selling them I didn't get the achievement "Reverse Santa" is there an order or a bug or does it have to be on a specific day? if there's an order because I missed 1 red gift I'm selling the 6 red gifts on blackbay as my last gifts.
