General Information

Survival
Health is replenished by medicine
Food is replenished by berries, open coconuts, and lemon
Water is replenished by lemon juice, fresh water, and rain.

Items
Items not on your person will appear in the top left corner. Items discovered on the ground will appear as a question mark as you walk over them while exploring. Items not on your person remain on the ground permanently during the play session, so leave or drop items when you need to.

Consumables and tools can be placed in the inventory. Usable items from the world (ie bushes, reeds, trees, water, fire) can be directly placed into crafting. Consumables can be dragged into the Consume box found below the health trackers.

Place items in the crafting area on the right side of the screen to craft a recipe. A correct recipe will reveal the desired item in the last slot of the crafting area. Click the desired item to craft it or ignore it and continue to add or swap items. Crafted items go to your inventory if there is room, otherwise they're dropped to the ground and appear in the top left of the screen.

The hatchet, fire, trees, bushes, and reeds have finite use. They'll disappear once used up.

Fishing zones can be found along the beach at random. You'll have to walk along the beach and face the water on each block. A block that has a fishing zone will have the fish icon appear when facing the water.

Miscellaneous Notes
The game could crash if you alt-tab out. This will reset you to Day 1.
F11 switches between windowed full screen mode and full screen.

Survival

Preparation
Time
Reaching Day 20 can take about 2.5 hours so make sure that you have the time to make the run. This is estimated from the fact that it took me 1 hour to get from Day 12 to Day 20 based on my achievements. Let me know how long it actually took and I can update this section with more accurate numbers.

Reef
Before starting your run towards Day 20, it's crucial that your island has 3+ reefs as this will allow you to make multiple hatchets and/or fires later. Make a lap around the island and check the beaches for reef. Reefs don't respawn and there is a limited amount of use in each.

I've had the misfortune of spawning in a world with only 1 reef which meant I couldn't make clean water or lemon juice. I had to rely solely on the rain which only happened every few days and medicine to replenish my health, you don't want that kind of life. I only lasted to Day 11 on this run.

Bushes
Make sure you have at least 3 berry bushes and 3 lemon bushes to make your run easier. Lemon bushes are more important for lemon juice. Try to remember the locations of these.

Strategy
Try to craft a hatchet and fire early on. This will help you collect water and food sources without scrambling for them last minute. To be comfortable, try to have 2-3 lemon juices and 2 sources of food in your inventory at any point.

Water
Try to keep your water tracker 25-50% full. This ensures that you don't waste your items quickly and that you save room for water from the rain. You don't need to do anything to get water from rain. I relied mostly on lemon juice since fresh water requires a fire and I crafted one solely for fish and the poor chicken (which I luckily was able to spare on my Day 20 run). Note that you do move slower in the rain.

Food
Food is less of a concern than water since there are plenty of resources for it. I relied mostly on berries and open cocunuts as they were plentiful on my island. I initially saved the lemons for lemon juice but I found that I had 6+ lemon bushes so I started using them for food on the last few days of my run. I caught only 2 fish mainly because it wasn't worth it. Try to keep your food bar 75% full.

Now idle and watch your water and food trackers - fill when needed. Try not to get distracted and make sure you don't alt-tab out if it crashes your game like it does to mine. Good luck and godspeed!

Phew, it did not rain on my island whatsoever the last week so I thought I wasn't going to make it with the extremely limited resources. I had run out of the bushes and even though I did not eat any lemons, just made them into juice, it still wasn't enough. But luckily I still had a hatchet, so I could make another fire, and make some fresh water to keep me alive on the 19th day. https://i.imgur.com/y57RZjR.png

Walk along the beach and face the water on each block. When you do this, some will have a fish icon and that indicates a fishing zone.
