灾难：帝国之蚀 汉化&个人修改版

本mod为由MegaMU制作的Disaster:Eclipse of Empires汉化修改版，此mod的原作者为Plati

添加了所有文本的汉化，并整合了原mod

修改内容如下

- 灾难时长由25年和15年缩短至20年和10年


- 灾难效果削弱，行政容量改为减少40%，最小自治度改为40

- 添加两个新的停止灾难的条件

- 添加和修改数个影响灾难进程的修正
