Could not get screenshots with shift, so I delete all the wires. :)
Add gifs for the highlights of wires.

A cheaper way by Architect Drone: Basically, you can get rid of the timer if you use one of the outputs as a control for the frier.

How do I get what I assume are conveyer belts? I can’t even do the first level, all I have are scanners and stackers.

I found it's cheaper to use a sequencer with any of the cooking devices, than it is to use an advanced counter with a splitter, for example in your Da Wings solution

It follows this config

Cooker::Sense -> Sequencer::Start
Sequencer::A -> Cooker::Eject
Sequencer::B -> Sequencer::Stop

Sequencer (Might vary based on the delay you need, this is used for the Fryer in Da Wings):
----
X---
-X--
(rest is empty)

Cost Difference:
Counter:
$5000 (Timer) + $1000 (Splitter) = $6000
Sequencer:
$5000 (Sequencer) = $5000

You are a goddamn genius. Are you a skilled programmer or just really smart?

Thank you for this guide. It was a massive help for finishing some of the harder levels, and the screenshots with the wires hidden are much appreciated!

ok, I will add some more screenshots when I complete the game.

nice job, but you could take multiple screenshots through the wiring process instead of the before/after you currently have. it'd be easier for those who have a harder time discerning between the overlapping wires.
