Simple, being real for once and thinking. All that a vampire REALY has is photophobia, also its easier for them to be undiscoverd at night. Vlad never had that weakness and he the original and origin of that mythos. Good thing modern media destroyed that shit completly OR found way's around it. Also, in touhou you see her CONSTANTLY in the sunlight (Even indirect sunlight IS sunlight) so imunity established.
