this makes the method in this guide possible but if u wanna get it without A&E good luck lmao

second step

start the standard brain surgery (operating theatre)

third step

prick yourself with green needle, grab hammer and smash skull open with 1 swift strike
skull should come off in 1 piece, smash more if skull remains

fourth step

grab scalpel and electrocute yourself
if all is done fast enough, you should be electrocuted and drugged before 20 seconds have passed

fifth step

complete the surgery as you normally would
blood loss won't matter if you're fast enough
