"Cerca de Casa" es un escenario lanzado por EBgames en 2002 como complemento por preordenar el juego.
Sinopsis: Reginleif regresa a su aldea natal y debe defenderla de unidades míticas que se están escapando del Inframundo.
Incluye voces originales en español y otros idiomas disponibles.

Instrucciones:
1. El escenario se encuentra en la carpeta del mod, en C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Age of Mythology\mods\Close to Home - Official AOM Campaign\
2. Ve a la carpeta Scenario. La ubicación por defecto es C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Age of Mythology\scenario\
3. Copia y pega el archivo "aom_special_scenario.scn" en esta carpeta.
4. Inicia el juego.
5. Selecciona "Un jugador" desde el menú principal y luego “Cargar escenario”. Desde ahí se podrá jugar al escenario.

Este escenario se supone que debería estar incluido con el juego desde la versión 2.0, pero no aparece para algunos jugadores (incluyéndome), por eso decidí subirlo por aquí. Que lo disfruten.
Perdonen la imagen, está bien fea la verdad, pero no sé diseñar bien.

"Close to Home" is a EBgames pre-order bonus Scenario released in 2002.
Synopsys: Reginleif returns to her home village and has to defend it from Myth units leaking from the Underworld.
Includes original voicework in English and various languages.

Instructions:
1. The scenario is located on the mod's folder at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Age of Mythology\mods\Close to Home - Official AOM Campaign\
2. Go to the Scenario folder. Default location is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Age of Mythology\scenario\
3. Copy and paste the "aom_special_scenario.scn" file into this folder.
4. Start up the game.
5. Select “Single Player" from the main menu and then "Load Scenario”. The scenario will be there to load and play.

The scenario is supposed to be included since AoM: EE 2.0, but it's missing for some players (myself included), that's why I decided to post it here. Enjoy!

Well, thanks for the uploading this mod.

I find out in which patch the scenario was removed. It was removed in update 2.8. You can find out by opening Steam (not in the browser), right-clicking on the game and then clicking on properties. Then go to Betas and you can then select one of the (beta) patches. In 2.7 the scenario comes back.
But ATTENTION! If you install the beta version of patch 2.7 (or any of the earlier patches), all subsequent patches will be removed, e.g. in the case of patch 2.8. Therefore, if you have added anything to yourself that is related to patch 2.8, you should back up all files beforehand.
I don't know what the situation is with the beta version of patch 2.8, i.e. whether this scenario will return there too. I haven't tried it!

Thank you for finding and sharing this but the map is quite boring you only have to destroy some passages
