How to find the perfect AI level in F1 22

Having trouble finding the right level for the AI difficulty?
Then this is the perfect starting point.

You can also use F1 22 Difficulty Calculator[www.f1laps.com] by F1Laps. It's a great and easy tool.

HOW TO USE THIS METHOD:
1. Go to time trial with any car (with equal performance on);
2. Choose track and setup (check my guide with good setups for starters)
3. Drive some laps and compare your average time with the tables below
4. Enjoy and have fun with the game :)

Notes:
- AI difficulty in MyTeam mode feels very inconsistent

Yeah, AI is different around the tracks, but practice program are so fu*king hard, I put = AI for practice 1 and 2 and then do practice programs, because I can't do them

Man just came back to this guide after the updates, and went from a 90 on austria to a 63, what the hell? WTF did they screw up on the AI this time? I even tried with a mod that slows the AI`s INSANE traction down, and its still the same???

Arguably, i havent played MyTeams since 3 days after pre-release, also before used "Equal" Time Trials to get the Diffs, but i was still able to get into points on 90 diff on release in myteams, now i cant even keep up at all.

Never had i complained about the AI difficulty before, but 6 (and 7?) update literally destroyed it for me all of a sudden.... Not to mention, somehow the MyTeam Car has even more understeer than 2020 and 2021, something i didnt had a problem before?
