Achievements DLC

A vacation in the wilds: Beat all the bosses from the DLC.

- You need to beat all the bosses from DLC, you can pick Ms. Chalice or other character, as long as you manage to beat all of them, you get it.



Ranger: Get a rank A- in all the bosses from the DLC.

- You need to achieve at least A- in all the bosses from the DLC, you dont need a perfect execution for this, you can get hit one time and lose a parry too, but not more since you are going to fall in a B score.



Alive and kicking: Beat any boss with Ms. Chalice.

- Self explanatory, you only need to beat any boss with Ms. Chalice, either from DLC of from the base game, all work.



Decadent: Beat 10 bosses with Ms. Chalice.

- You need to beat 10 bosses with Ms. Chalice, the bosses from the base game are easier, if you have a bad time with the DLC bosses, just go back and beat the regular bosses, all bosses count and you can just use simple difficulty



The golden touch: Beat a boss with a super art attack with Ms. Chalice.

- You need to end any boss with a special super art attack of Ms. Chalice, she have 3 different too, but only 2 of them make damage, easier to do with the base game bosses in simple difficulty.



The latest sensation: Beat a boss with a new weapon.

- All the weapons from the DLC are overpowered, so just pick any of them and beat any boss for get it



Checkmate: Beat all the King champions.

- The king champions are 5 mini bosses, you are going to be playing with Ms. Chalice and only count with the parry movement for beat the bosses, for get the achievement just need to beat all the 5 bosses one time.



A King's Admiration: Beat the King champions all in a row.

- When you beat all the mini bosses at least one time, the ladder to the king is going to respawn at the start of the DLC, go there and now you can pick to fight any of the mini bosses again, or you can pick the "gauntlet" choise, you are going to fight all the bosses in a row, but you recover your life between fights, beat all of them in 1 attempt and you get it.



Compliments to the chef: Beat the final boss of the DLC.

- You need to beat the final boss for get the achievement, and for reach the final boss you need to beat all the bosses in the island first and get some ingredients from them.



Cooked to perfection: Get a rank S in the DLC island.

- For get a S Rank you need to play a boss in expert, for have the option of expert you need to beat that boss in Regular difficulty first, you need to beat a boss without getting hit, making 3 parrys (one on each phase), use at least 6 super meter (one super art and one simple power should be enought) and dont take too much time to beat the boss.



The high hat: Beat a boss from the DLC without killing a minion.

- You can play in simple difficulty, i do it in the first boss of the DLC, i use the charged attack weapon, since you can control the shots and make big damage too, just avoid killing any of the minions.



Hearty: reach the status of 9 lives.

- Glitched achievement at the date, but you can get it going to the casino boss fight, equip the twin heart perk and make 2 laps in the spot, a genius is going to appear and he raise your life to 9, now enter the boss fight, jump in a mini boss fight and beat it but losing a life (now you should have 8 lifes, even if the game display 5), now jump in the extra life section, if you do it right, you get the achievement, the achievement dont pop instantly, so keep playing at least until the next mini boss.
This achievement take me some attempts for make it work, but dont lose the hope if you dont get it at first and keep trying.



A horrible night to have a curse: beat the secret boss of the DLC.

- You need to beat the secret boss of the island, for do it you need to buy the broken relic from the shop and solve the cemetery puzzle, for solve the puzzle you need to check the 3 podium NPCS, they are going to have random clues, but you need to pick them in order, and only guide with the direction they give you from the clue, so if they say "I was the first to the top, and those losers were left down at the bottom!", you only keep "Left down", now go to the graveyard, and choose the graveyard that is left down from the middle, always begin the movements from the middle! same with 2nd and 3rd place, this unlock the secret boss and now just need to beat it.

-This is what i get as first clue in my game, so i just move left down from the middle graveyard and pick the one from the picture here as 1st choise, the process is the same for the other 2 clues.





Paladin: Beat 8 bosses in regular difficulty with the broken relic equiped.

- After you beat the secret boss, now your broken relic turn into cursed relic, you need to use it while you beat 8 bosses in Regular difficulty at least (mine pop after 8 bosses, maybe is a bit glitched at the moment), i recommend to do it with the bosses from the base game since they are easier. the relic is going to reduce your life to 1, but you can get extra lifes with the parry, i think you get 1 in the first parry, the 3rd and the 6st parry, also your weapons are going to change every time you stop pushing your shoot buttom, if you hold it, you can hold the weapon too.

"Ive also noticed that the IS a visual indicator of the relic becoming more powerfull and getting to the point of giving you the achievement.
The icon for the cursed relic gets more spikes the more bosses you destroy, and you really need to fight them at least on regular, as i noticed that my cursed relic only got a spike after i've beaten the baker, witch was on regular (since he didn't have a simple, being a boss-boss).
If you open your game and look at the icon you will notice how it is when completed."

Youre damn right it's glitched. I've gotten nine health five different times and I never got the achievement

@Laito Starr, sorry to hear that, other minor changes to the method i recommend is, go to the casino boss fight, but return to the menu, now continue the game, summon the genius and get the 9 lives, enter the boss, now you jump in a mini boss fight, now you can either get hit 1 time or try to not get hit at all (i get hit and get the achievement, but can work without getting hit too), when you return to the casino section, you should have either 5 or 6 lives displayed, now jump in a extra life section, and if the achievement still dont work, jump in another mini boss fight,i hope it help.

I still have no idea how to get the "Hearty" achievement, no matter how many times I have achieved the 9HP

@fishy boye, i dont noticed the charms effects, but maybe it happens too, and about the rank for the achievement paladin, i dont think i get too much A ranks, i can say for sure that i get the achievement after 8 bosses beated in regular difficulty.

The cursed relic also randomly uses charms. Sometimes when dashing or attempting to parry i saw the whetstone or smoke grenade charms activate.
For unlocking the paladin achievement it might have to do with achieving A ranks. As it does seem slightly random when more spikes get added to the visual of the charm.

@stickygrape try spinning in circles for a few seconds. Djimmi will pop up and increase your health to 6 until your next victory. Then, equip the parry heart charm and go into a boss fight you find easy with plenty of parriable objects to farm up parries with. You should get it real easy that way. I myself didn't know about Djimmi until I had already done it via the casino, but it should work. That said, don't try the Djimmi spawn going into the casino, because the very first thing you defeat in the casino negates the Djimmi effect on your health. So, you'll lose three hp afterward. So, maybe try root pack and just farm parries on the worms.

@stickygrape i get the same issue, it take me like 4 or 5 attempt too with the casino method, when you reach the casino, exit to the main menu, then continue the game, do the genius spawn again and try the method, even if you have 5 lifes displayed when you beat and take a hit from the mini boss, now try to get the extra life and keep playing at least until the next mini boss, it should work, but the achievement is a bit glitched still, i hope it works.

I've tried the casino method for getting the Hearty achievement, but after taking a hit and beating a boss, I'm left with only 5 HP. I've also tried using the Heart Ring to tick my HP to 9, but the achievement still won't unlock.
