Increment your library count with BillingType "No Cost".

Objective

The objective of this guide is to add licenses of packages with BillingType "No Cost".
These packages increment your library count, in contrast to BillingType "Free on Demand".

i) Install ASF

Pick a software to add licenses, typically ArchiSteamFarm[github.com] (ASF).
Make sure to read the Wiki[github.com] in order to configure this software.

ii) Add licenses with ASF

Run the line below to increment by ~20 your library count.

If you don't want to install any software, there are clunky methods within your web browser.

A) SteamDB

For each subID, there is a SteamDB page, e.g. sub/555176/[steamdb.info].
Ensure that you are logged-in and find the "Add free license" button in the top right corner.

B) Steam store

For each subID, there is a Steam store page, e.g. sub/555176/.
Ensure that you are logged-in and find the button (if it exists) to add the product to your account.
