Talsinki (sometimes also Hellinna or Hellinn) is a colloquial name for geographical region of Helsinki, Finland and Tallinn, Estonia, separated by the Gulf of Finland, commonly used when referring to the proposed Helsinki–Tallinn Tunnel. Based on 2 different hightmaps that I creatively edited and merged. From https://heightmap.skydark.pl/ . So it is 1:1 except for the sea between Tallinn and Helsinki has been removed with some minor islands (such as Isosaari and Naissaar). Bottom half is thus 1:1 Tallinn and the above Helsinki. Thus, this map is made for the 81 tiles mod.

I made for fun an estimate, based on looking at Wikipedia for the encompassed districts, what the population of this map would be irl, my rough estimate;

-Helsinki ~237,000 
-Espoo ~52,000
-Tallinn: ~294,000
-Harku-Taabasalu-Laagri: ~10,000

Total: 289,000 Finnish and 304,000 Estonian citizens. ~593,000 in total.
