I liked Reverend Gu so much. Whether because of the plot, the philosophy of the character or the sheer cruelty that in our time, as they say, is "condemn." But most likely it is all this together that forms my positive opinion about this novel.

Let's start with the most unusual in our time. Cruelty. I will not describe it in detail, but for those who cannot stand violence at all, it is better not to read. For example, where you saw how the hero set an animal on a bound person and watched how this animal comple°tely ea°ts hi°m up (Sounds crazy, but not like when reading it. The world is like that.). Do not think that the hero is maniac, he simply puts his own benefit above moral standards, and that's it.
