[xdR] Francis' "Intro" pumpshotgun animations

Description
Hey Biker dude!

Switches out Francis' pumpshotgun anims for his sniper animations to resemble how he aims in the intro of the game

also due to how animations work this will also change Louis' too

Animations that this changes:

-Idle

-Crouching

-Crouch walking

-Running

-Walking

There's no difference and Francis' unique rifle animations are in his model which overlap xdr anims
