The vast majority of V Blood Bosses can be found in specific set locations, but some roam around certain areas, which means you may need to search a bit to find their exact location.

Name	Special attacks	How to kill the blood boss
Alpha Wolf	Dash Attacks AoE Growl (summons)	The Alpha Wolf has two attack abilities, the Dash Attack that deals around 20 damage, and the AoE Growl which summons 2-3 wolves. The simplest way to kill the Alpha Wolf is running around the boss in circles, and dash whenever his animation to leap forward starts, so you avoid the initial Dash Attack . When Alpha Wolf is under 50% HP he will use his Growl ability which summons other wolves to the fight. You can kill the summons but try focusing on simply putting Alpha Wolf down as this will kill his summoned wolves immediately.

dont know if anyone pointed this out but in hallowed mountains the winged horror is actually terrorclaw the ogre, and winged ogre is to the south east from it in the farbane woods in the dreaded peak, and you can only reach that with bat form apparently

I only just managed to defeat her today, but for Polora the Feywalker I used Corpse Explosion, Crimson Aegis, Veil of Bones or Blood, Merciless Hunter's Crossbow, and the full set of Merciless Nightstalker armor; dodge all attacks, use Crimson Aegis or the Veil if you're about to be hit, and try to hit Polora – and if need be, her spirits – with the Crossbow's Secondary attack and Corpse Explosion, until she is down.

Most attacks that go in a line, she'll be able to evade more often than not, and you don't want to be close to her when she releases a Spectral Wolf, or a triple volley.

Very useful guide - you could add that all of the Holy bosses (those who use light powers such as Meredith the Bright Archer, Raziel the Shepherd, Christina the Sun Priestess and Azariel the Sunbringer can all be fought easier with the Holy resistance potions :)

I think that the server was glitched... Very few spawns, no bosses in the early zone... I ended up going on a solo server and everything is there.

It is possible for Alpha Wolf to be patrolling the roads in close radius to the Wolf Den where his spawn point is.

Alpha Wolf doesn't seem to spawn on my server... Only bought the game today, but from what I've heard from other players it doesn't spawn since yesterday...

I thought that Lida the Chaos Archer was a player, I almost killed her trying to get into a bandit camp. Didn't want to fight her thinking that she was a player of higher class. I did kill a Druid/wizard that was trying to kill me at level 20, he was level 27. I didn't get any equipment or research.

Just wanted to point out that you made a mistake on one of the bosses in cursed forest, Rufus the foreman is written there instead of the duke of balaton. Confused me for a bit.
