Intro - The Kawaii Searcher

This tutorial is the about the cutest aspect of the Epic Raids, the familiar. The familiar follows ya around in this particular game mode and offers protections/skills on your behalf.

I know you want this.

I need help with any mistakes, incorrect grammar/spelling and missing information found within.

It's gonna be long while until I can get these bad boys ready for future ERs.

For one thing, ya need a Character that has these conditions to enter the Epic Raids :

A few Transcendence Slots.
Be at level 200/ Whatever level the host wants.
Affiliation/Type (It depends on the raid).
Kisune Urahara (Just semi-joking, since he's one of the many Units that are amp up Karakurizer Watch, these types of characters causes more jewelry, coins, potions and supplies to drop. You need Units, like him, to find more PokeGems for your pet's tree.*).
Be a Bonus Character, this type of Unit act a bit like pots/amp up Karakurizer Watches, they'll pack a bigger punch on the ER boss and snag money/supplies. (The BC changes with the months/new Epic Raid).

Ya won't be able to enter the lobbies where the action happens, if you're under level or don't meet up the requirements. But more importantly, ya won't be able to gather supplies and dough that ya need to buy your Pet and the supplies. (There's also a chance that there's super strict people or worst, bullies and trolls, too clueless to understand that your Unit is a Pot, or worst, not have a reason at all to kick ya out, they'll just do. Unless, ya don't mind opening up your own lobby to take on the Epic Raid boss).

* Note: I haven't memorized the other Characters that causes massive Coin/Jewelry supply drops for now, except for the handsome humble Candy Man.

Filling Out The Adoption Papers

Now go to the Exchange Shop, this is were all the pet adoption and leveling takes place.

Now if it's the first month, just battle, win and go to the Exchange Shop and buy your baby.

I didn't realize it at first though when I got my first pet. So, I did the late method.

If you came late in the month, ya need a different type of dough to buy your pet, mainly this:

This is just a price tag for something. Ignore this.

But ya have this one instead:

Another price tag.

Scroll down the Familiar X Awakened list, until reaching where the Red Medallions are located.

After purchasing a bunch of red medallions, click on Familiar X.

The dough and medallions are divided into two Epic Raid phases, which last for two weeks/fortnights approximately. Phase 1 is when the red medallions are available and you're gathering PokeGems (and Pots, Droplets and Hogs on the side), red medallions so you can buy the Rainbow PokeGems in the Exchange Shop , preparing for Phase 2. Phase 2 is when the Raid Coins unlock and appear and the real fun begins.

Don't Freak Out

You just got your pet, but ya don't know where to find him, click on Inventory.

Then go to Characters

Then click on Familiars.

Green Herb Lollipop Tip:

After you're done purchasing your Red Medallions and Pet PokeGems, they'll be found in the Gift Box.

Littlest Pet Shop

Now the Special Exchange is one of the newest editions to the Raid Medal Exchange. This one will give ya all past pets and the tools to upgrade them (Even before the actual ER boss returns).

Though do not confuse it for the other familiar exchanges, like Character X and Character X Awakens, those are different and the "Character X" and "Character X Awakens" won't be removed/replaced by the SE.

I was able to do my usual Epic Raid Orb exchange.

Speaking To The Trees

Ya can only level up to what I call "just to get by" mode, the rest of the leveling will come when the Character X Awaken comes, whenever the replay comes in and when the Special Exchange shop resets.

Talking To The Trees

As ya can see, I use some of the materials that I got from the Epic Raids to level up earlier.

These are the PokeGems that I use.

Use these to fill up the rest of the tree nodes.

The "Very Important PokeGems" list is for you to don't forget to buy these, since if you don't, you won't be able to Unlock/Awaken your Pet (Until, the next time his/her/it's event shows up again.). The other PokeGems can be bought even though a new Pet raid event is going on.

Walking Your Pet

The ones that I circle are the main ones that will activate the accompany mode, if that doesn't work, unlock the other Skill and Soul Trait nodes next to it.

After filling up the tree a bit to the point of unlocking the Soul Spirit nodes, you now have the ability to have your little buddy accompany you on your adventures.

To get your buddy to accompany you, you have to click on the Equip button.

A message will pop out asking this:

Click "Ok" and you're done.

Ya now have the option to remove your pet, like if you want to bring along a different pet for raid reasons (or if you get bored).

Reminder: Don't neglect to fill up da rest of the tree.

They See Me Rolling

These are the Soul Traits, which are different from the Skill , they're the two nodes that will give your pet special abilities for Epic Raids. But be fast and click on the speeding ability to give your baby that much needed skill.

Re-Roll

I'm cheating here, since I didn't re-roll. But this chibi Szayel's bonus move is phoenix perfect.

To change a move, ya need to do another re-roll.

Leveling Up

Like with the Character Units, ya can get duplicates and merge it to your stronger pet to get even stronger.

Kon Quiz Raid

Now this Kon is a bit different than the other Raid Quest Familiars, he can be easily obtained and is regarded as "free." There's no need to worry about elements/attributes when joining in a room and the cherry on top is that you can get a lot of supplies in the Exchange Shop, just to level him up.

The Test

Ya take your character and host a lobby/join a lobby and run to the correct answer/the answer that ya assume to be correct. That's how ya defeat this raid boss.

Tip: The quizzes is one of the good events to level up an under level character. You won't be "the load" in these Epic Raid.

The Exchange Shop

The elemental PokeGems are unlimited. There's no limit, unlike the other Familiars' PokeGems (Until, the re-start and whenever the pet return).

Also, all the gear is there, no need to wait a week or two for the next parts to finish leveling up.

Here's what your sweet baby can do and not do:

Do

Alert ya when your Unit reaches at an very Low Stamina Damage point.

Don't

Offer any stats and skills in the other game modes.

Yoruichi Cat Form Familiar

Don't confuse this Cat Form Yoruichi with the playable one that ya can get from the Exchange Shop for free.

This Familiar is here mostly because I dunno if the Bonanza Pass is still around or if it will show up under special circumstances, like the rare Yoruichi's birthday date that occurs when the planets align. But bare in mind that unlike the other pets that you may encounter, she doesn't do anything. - This type of Yoruichi doesn't offer stats nor does she have skills to assist in ERs. If there's any questions, go bug Aaron/Espada No.9 or KLab if you have further questions.

Elly And Ousushi

"Elly" is her nickname.

These familiars have a very slim chance of returning, due to licensing reasons. You're more likely to get a cheerleading Quincy to boost your morale, than the cutest "dog" in the history of Souls/Quincy/Human/Fullbringer/Vizard-kind following you around. But if these guys do manage to do a comeback, drop everything and hit the Epic Raids. Since there's a chance that they won't return.

Kon

This is a special Kon, It's different than all the other Kon familiars past and present. Why? It's because it's a free pet that KLab gave out a long time ago. There's no knowledge when he'll return, since everything is randomize; the brighter side is that he has a higher chance of returning.
