Introduction
Here is a simple map guide and walkthrough for the two "frustrating maze-like areas" of the game. You can download the PDF version of this guide here.[www.kiyasugreen.com]
Maintenance Tunnels
There are three parts to this area; only the first map has item chests.

First Map:
Pick either Point A or Point B to proceed to the second map; they're the green blocks.

If you want the fastest route and don't mind missing the chests, go to Point B.

Second Map:
Your destination is the part I marked as "Tunnel (C)" on the image below.

Third Map:
The Labyrinth
First Map:
You must interact with each green spot I marked below.
Then, the door to the second map would open only then.

Second Map:
Same as above, you must interact with each green spot once...
However, this time you lose one party character with each one...

After that's done, I recommend you save the game before heading to the destination point.

Also just a heads up, on future titles we've eliminated this style of maze. The game was made in 3 months and certain corners were cut. Future titles including Rebellion should have a more fun experience.

Hi bugfragged, thanks for sharing! That's exactly what I did in my first playthrough so I can have my full party in all of the battles . (Also, for those who don't want to fight and want to rush through the game just to see the story, they can just run away from every battle and the enemies won't respawn either... ) EDIT NOTE: Removed my original comment so that I could mark some of my text as a spoiler.

For the final Labyrinth map, I recommend just killing all the enemies with the full party, and then interacting with all the stone tablets. They won't respawn, rendering the decreasing party headcount moot.

Ha I found my way through the tunnels but this is a good guide though!
This reminds me of old school guidebooks.
