Easy/Self Explanatory Achievements
So It Begins

As it says, launch the game and you'll get this achievement once it loads up.

R.I.P.

Simply die to get this achievement. You can die from having 4 anomalies active at once, by intruders and leaving "abyss presence" unreported.

The Witching Hour

The witching hour is from 3 AM to 4 am. Survive until 4 AM on either house and the achievement is yours.

Curse Of The House/Back To The Past

You get an achievement by beating the game on each house. The game itself is not exactly difficult but it can be intimidating and confusing to understand at first. Here, I will briefly explain how the game works. (The points below are copy and pasted from my guide for "I'm On Observation Duty 1".)

- You move through the rooms of a house using security cameras.

- For a short period of time (thought to be until 0:15 AM, there is nothing that indicates when this period ends), the house will stay as normal.

- After this, objects around the house will disappear, change shape, move, appear, "distort". Doors will open or close. Intruders, ghosts, and other strange happenings will occur throughout the house.

- At the bottom right of your screen you can file an "anomaly report". There is a list of each room and a list of anomalies. Select which ones fits what you see. For example, if you see a painting change saturation, image, or move in the living room you would select the "living room" area and the "painting anomaly" option and file the report.

- Reports take a bit of time to go through, but once they do and you chose the correct description then the anomaly will go back to normal. For example, the painting in the living room will go back to how it was and that anomaly will not occur a second time that game.

- If you choose the wrong description, it will tell you in the middle of your screen. This does not mean there is not an anomaly active. Some anomalies are not under the description you would think. For example, some human-like anomalies are actually mannequins, so they would fit the "extra object" anomaly type rather than "ghost" or "intruder".

- You cannot have 4 anomalies active at once. Once there are 3, you will receive a message telling you too many are active. If you do not find any of the 3 already active soon then you will die.

You will get used to it after a while. Think of it as reaction-based spot the difference. Good luck and have fun with it, you will get it eventually.
Who Is She? Who Killed Her? / Timothy's Revenge

These two achievements are related to the secret ending you can activate in "The Cursed House". It is fairly simple and will end your game once it is done.

To active this secret, you must click on specific areas in different rooms of the house in order. After clicking one of these areas, you will be given the achievement: "Who Is She? Who Killed Her?".

The first room is the study. There is a painting of a woman on the drawer cabinet left of the window with a vase beside it (This vase may disappear as an "object disappearance" anomaly). Here, I have pointed to it:

Click this painting. A message will pop up covering her face saying "Find me". Now there is another place you need to click. It is in the Hallway. The same image will be covering the front door on the top right section of the screen. Here, I have pointed to it:

Click this and another message will cover her face saying "I'm buried under the flowers". Now there is another place you need to click. It is in the Yard/Outside area. Underneath the windows alongside the house walls are a row of plants. In the middle of the row is a separated bundle of slightly more colourful flowers with a very faint transparent picture of the woman covering them. Here, I have pointed to it:

Click the flowers. The image will rise and become opaque. Then, the secret ending will activate and you will be taken to this scene.

That is the secret ending done. Well done. :)
Aliens?

There is a specific intruder in The House Of The Past who you simply need to encounter to unlock this achievement. You do not have to successfully report it, however encountering this anomaly will 100% kill you if you ignore it because it takes away your ability to switch cameras and will time you.

He can be found in the "Storage" room in the top/middle left corner. Quite literally unmissable. He is pure white with no outline, and will slowly pull the camera towards him and raise his arms out as if he's asking for a hug that will surely result in your death.

Here he is:

Once you see him, the achievement is yours. Well done.
You have successfully completed it!
There you go! You have completed I'm On Observation Duty 2: Tomothy's Revenge! I hope you had fun whilst playing it, it is an interesting series of games. I already have a guide for Observation Duty 1, but if one for 3, 4 and 5 would be helpful then I'll be happy to do a guide for those too. :)

I hope my guide has been helpful. Tack så mycket! (Thank you so much!)

I’m not too sure, but i’ve beat it many times over the months i’ve had the game and only encountered it twice and each time it was around 3-5 AM so late into the game. Some intruders are just uncommon it seems, there was one similar in game 1.

Is there a fixed time for the alien to spawn?
I finished the house of the past like 5 times and didn't see it once
