MISSABLE (x1)

Needs to be done before certain events.
As the story progresses the achievement can be missed and the opportunity lost.

Strong Arms

Defeat Pen in a duel.

Optional, but ... do this before Duvos invades, else Pen will not be 'available'.

Due to bugs where the achievements weren't triggering until a later update, the order of these achievements and the associated missions may be incorrect.

Assemble and install the Crane Lift.
