Intro
The general ending won't change and it will take a long time to see each route, even with auto-skip after your first playthrough (since there's so much you can't skip), but you do gain some additional insight into the psychological development of the characters by seeing their different routes. So I put this together so you could see the deciding point that controls this to be able to read at least a little more efficiently.
Choices
The spot where you can control which character you will see more dialogue with is towards the end of Chapter 7 where you will get a couple of opportunities to pick a specific girl. If you've already played through once, you can use the chapter select to jump to the fourth option under chapter 7 to get close to it. Once you find the spot, save there so you can simply reload it to select the other girls.

For example, here is a rundown of the choices in the game from https://forums.fuwanovel.net/topic/19279-muv-luv-alternative/ with the specific choice points noted:
1. Look, just let me talk to Professor Kouzuki!
1. Okay! Here goes nothing!
1. Lie down
2. Alright, then spill it.
2. I can’t accept that!
2. Don’t bring it
3. Wait for the water level to go down
(Pick any choice between 1 and 5)
1. I’m worried about Class Rep
2. I wonder what Meiya’s thinking
3. I should go see Ayamine…
4. Where’s Tama… ?
5. Maybe I should talk to Mikoto…
1. I’m on board with it
1. Sure, lay it on me

1-5 Save here when you have a choice between the different girls.
1-5 Select the same girl in the next set of choices.
2. Talk to her
2. I kinda remember…
1. That’s not it
4. There’s no point in debating over this
Achievements
Simply play through from the save until the end for each girl and you'll get all of the achievements. You are able to click on the credits to close them out (maybe not the first time through, I don't remember).
Closing
I'm sorry for what you've now been through. Therapy is always a viable option.
