Gralhund Villa - Dragon Heist - Winter

This is the winter version of the Gralhund Villa encounter. It's a little complicated but I will get into it here.

There are TWO versions of this villa here. One is an exterior only version that is a little lighter and meant for when the characters first arrive and peek inside. The ground encounter can happen on this version if you like.

Once they head inside any room, I would switch, recall / pack the exterior version, then place the grounds and whatever room they enter on the board. From there you can place the rooms as you go.
If things get to heavy for the player's computers, you can recall some of the explored / not in use rooms.

I separated out the doors in most instances as it wasn't clear what side characters would enter from, so I would probably place doors first, then the room as players go along.

This is mostly culled from workshop items.
