Save files location where to place my saves:
Steam/steamapps/common/Portal/portal/save

Story achievements

Lab Rat - Acquire the fully powered Aperture Science Handheld Portal Device.



Fratricide - Betray your fellow cubic friend.



Partygoer - Escape the fire trap.



Heartbreaker - Complete Portal.

Additional achievements

Friendly Fire - Knock down a turret with another turret.



Long Jump - Jump 300 feet.



Terminal Velocity - Fall 30,000 feet.

"Collectible" achievements

Transmission Received - Get all the radios to receive signal.



Camera Shy - Detach security cameras from the walls.

Advanced chambers achievements

Cupcake - Beat two Portal advanced maps.



Fruitcake - Beat four Portal advanced maps.



Vanilla Crazy Cake - Beat all six Portal advanced maps.

Challenges achievements

Basic Science - Earn bronze medals on all Portal challenges.



Rocket Science - Earn silver medals on all Portal challenges.



Aperture Science - Earn gold medals on all Portal challenges.

How to get "Transmission Received" guide.
Firstly open the game, open the save and put radio on red button than open "Gamestate.txt" in Portal/Portal file. Then find the code which one has "id" = "149" if it is not there, make it by yourself.
(You can take copy paste from txt in save file you downloaded)
Write code, make same it like others. All of has numbers on heads, make it right number to your code. (I mean if past code has number 8, you should write 9) Make sure the "id" "149" has "data" "0x0000000003FFFFF" code between in "value" and "hud" then save it.Open the save again and put the radio again. You will get this achievement.
If this isn't work again this means game had change the your code. You only should just write "0x0000000003FFFFF" again on "data" and try again.

thanks for the guide but I still couldn't get the Transmission Received achievement. I completed the game, loaded the save with the radio and the button, changed gamestat, reloaded and still have 1\26
