Mouse - fix Cursor in full screen mode (simple and working)

1. Download "WineD3D For Windows" from "https://fdossena.com/?p=wined3d/index.frag"
2. extract d3d9.dll and wined3d.dll in the game's executable directory "...\steamapps\common\Dungeon Siege 2"
3. Run the game.
4. Go to "Options" and set up whatever resolution is nearest to your resolution
5. Quit Game
6. Goto "...\documents\My Games\Dungeon Siege 2" and edit "DungeonSiege2.ini"
Set width and height to your specific resolution. For FullHD "width = 1920 height = 1080"
Save file and exit.
7. Start your game
The game-ui will start in a low resolution, but when the real game starts it will change to whatever resolution is writen in DungeonSiege2.ini
