A replica of the infamous "Lunar Chimera (Wisp)" enemy from the final level of Risk of Rain 2, known as "Commencement". The wisp comes with posable arms that can spin.

To pose the arms, grab the glowing parts that the rotating bits connect to. They are bound to the wisp's core by invisible ropes, so they can't be dragged too far away.

To make the wisp's arms spin, unfreeze them, and press "Numpad +".
NOTE: The arms can sometimes glitch out and reverse direction or even freeze. I am unable to fix this.
