【Yume Nikki】Staircase of hands & connecting areas

This guide will lead you to the "staircase of hands" and it's connecting area, there are more ways to access it but this specific one is probably the easiest (without traveling)

**Note: all of the methods are one way arrive and chances are randomized

To the Staircase of hands

- Madotsuki's room (Real world) -
1. Go to sleep

- Madotsuki's room (Dream) -
2. Go to bed ***random chances you will be teleported***

After that you will be teleported to the staircase, walk down to proceed to the next location which is "underground world"
when arriving you will see an elevator and a hallway to the left of the screen

To the Mall Rooftop & the storage room (poop effect) & melting madotsuki

After arriving to the "underground world" you will see an elevator and a hallway to the left of the screen

**To access the mall rooftop:

1. get on that elevator (you will be teleported to the mall)

2. walk down the right escalator, after using the escalator you will see a glowing path, the rooftop is behind it



**To access the storage room:

1. walk to the edge of the hallway and you will see a blazing corridor

2. use the umbrella effect to get past it, the path blocked by a fire is the storage room also the-
"poop hair" effect is obtained through here



**Melting madotsuki event:

1. walk to the blazing corridor

2. use the hat and scarf effect, transform into a snowman

3. as you chill by the fire, madotsuki will start to melt (she will respawn on the place where she melted)

To the spaceship & triggering mars event

After entering the storage room the entrance to the spaceship is on the top right of the room (between the top and the middle shelves)

Now after entering you will see a white room with an eye and some bumps, walk through the door on the right side, after that you will see a dude in black (seccom masada-sensei) taking control of his spaceship

**To trigger mars event:

1. from the control room to the right there is a door that leads to a bedroom

2. use the cat effect and "meow"

3. get in the bedroom and sleep on the bed (for a while) then some time later there will be an
emergency alarm (mars event triggered)

4. after 15 seconds there will be a cutscene of the spaceship landing on Mars after the cutscene ends you can explore the area

its a 1/6 chance for the spaceship crash to trigger 10 seconds after you have been in bed. So sometimes you need to re-enter it

also if sleeping in the bed doesnt work, one of the other 5 beds scattered around the dream worlds will send you there

sorry to come off as rude, but i've forgotten to turn on the tv before (in the dream world) and went to bed and i've gone to the hand staircase from there. just letting u know XD

thank u! does the tv have to be on to be able to go to the hand staircase? because i remember being able to go to the hand staircase without turning on the tv. maybe i'm misremembering things.
