How to play Ray Traced DOOM (PrBoom)

How to install and play the Ray Tracing mod for DOOM.

Requirements:

1) An Nvidia GPU capable of ray tracing. (RTX series of cards)
As of the 1.04 release AMD GPUs now work but are apparently still unstable.

2) The latest Nvidia drivers that you should find HERE[www.nvidia.com]

3) Windows 10/11 (Doesn't work on Linux but the mod author does seem interested in adding support for it.) I am not sure about support for other windows operating systems, if any of you are able to run it on operating systems lower than 10 and 11 do leave a comment.

Download and Installation:

1) Go HERE[github.com]

2) Scroll to the download section and download the file called "prboom-rt-1.0.2.zip". Extract this zip file.

3) From the optional section make sure you download the DLSS dll file and paste it in the extracted file. Click HERE[github.com] for a direct link to the dll download.

4) Now go to your game directory and open the folder titled "base".

X:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Ultimate Doom/base
where "X" is the drive you have installed the game to.


Copy DOOM.WAD and paste it to the extracted file (prboom-rt-1.0.2) you downloaded from GitHub

5) You can now play the game! Just click on prboom-plus and you should be good to go.

6) Make sure you enable DLSS as the game is not as easy to run as you think.

Download RayTracedGL1-DLSS.zip from here and extract the file. You should see the replacement RayTracedGL1.dll in it. Paste that dll in it (this will replace the original RayTracedGL1.dll). Make sure to also download the DLSS dll and paste it in the game folder.
You will see an option for it in the settings in-game.

Maybe I'm just an idiot but how do you enable DLSS in this mod? I'm following the steps at https://github.com/sultim-t/prboom-plus-rt/releases .

There is a step that says "download RayTracedGL1-DLSS.zip, and replace RayTracedGL1.dll in the target folder", but what do you replace that dll with? The mod won't launch without it, and there are no dll files in that zip.
