you can actually get 2 TUZ 420 "Tatarin"s in Taimyr. In Rift (tunnel above the quarry) there is one stuck as a "repair job", of which you'll have to fill it with gas and fully repair it, but once done it's yours. I suggest you use the first TUZ to navigate to it tho, as when I tried to without it I lost one of my best mud trucks to an 8 foot deep mud hole.
