The Closing Shift | 閉店事件 (Full Walkthrough)

This guide provides a spoiler-free walkthrough.

Day 1

• Leave apartment and go downstairs
  
• Take someone's phone
  
• Give someone's phone to the guy
  
• Go to work
  
• Open locker
  
• Talk to senpai
  
• Optional : Watch the tape
  
  
• Go to the register and take order and order tickets
  
• Make Latte (Coffee + Steamed Milk) and Coffee (Coffee)
  * Note : Place the cup on the place mat first to add Steamed Milk
  
  
• Take order
  
• Make Chocolate Chip Chillappucino
  (Blended Ice + Coffee + Milk + Chocolate Sauce + Cocoa Powder)
  * Note : Place the cup on their respective place mats for ingredients like powders and sauces
  
  
• Take the group's order
  
• Choose any of the options, but the right order is the second one
  
• Make Matcha Chillappucino (Blended Ice + Milk + Matcha Powder + Whipped Cream),
  White Mocha (Coffee + Steamed Milk + White Chocolate Sauce) and
  Salted Caramel Mocha (Coffee, Steamed Milk, Caramel Syrup, Hazelnut Syrup, Chocolate Sauce)
  
• Prepare Matcha Chiffon Cake, Pumpkin Cake, American Waffle and American Apple Pie
  
  
• Take order
  
• Make Latte (Coffee + Steamed Milk)
  
  
• Take broom from the cleaning equipment locker
  
• Find breaker in the store room
  
• Take spilt milks (There are 3 in total)
  
• Put them back in the refrigerator

Day 2

• Leave apartment
  
• Go to work
  
• Open locker
  
• Talk to senpai
  
  
• Take order
  
• Make Coffee (Coffee)
  
• Prepare American Scone Caramel Toffee, American Apple Pie and American Waffle
  
  
• Take order tickets
  
• Make Vanilla Chillappucino (Blended Ice + Milk + Vanilla Syrup + Vanilla Powder)
  and 2 cups of milk
  
  There will be a guy at the register asking for your name and phone number, you are given 2 options :
  
  • Order Double Chocolate Chillappucino - He will be furious and leave after looking around for a while
    
  • Give him a fake phone number - You will be making Caramel Macchiato
    (Coffee + Steamed Milk + Caramel Syrup + Caramel Sauce)
  
  
• Take out the trash and buss tables using a cleaning rag from the cleaning equipment locker
  
• Take the photo

Day 3

• Leave apartment
  
• Go to work
  
• Open locker
  
• Talk to senpai
  
  
• Take order
  
• Make Matcha Chillapuccino (Blended Ice + Milk + Matcha Powser + Whipped Cream),
  Coffee + Whipped Cream (Coffee + Whipped Cream) and
  Caramel Macchiato (Coffee + Steamed Milk + Caramel Syrup + Caramel Sauce)
  
• Prepare Strawberry & Cream Roll and Strawberry Churro
  
  
• Take order
  
• Make Latte (Coffee + Steamed Milk) and
  Vanilla Latte (Coffee + Steamed Milk + Vanilla Syrup)
  
  
• Take cleaning rag from the cleaning equipment locker and buss tables
  
• Take a look at the video surveillance screen
  
• Go out to the drive-thru and find a creepy text on the signage

Day 4

• Take creepy text
  
• Leave apartment
  
• Go to work
  
• Take the bus
  
• Open locker
  
• Talk to senpai in the bathroom
  
  
• Take order tickets from the drive-thru window
  
• Make 2 Caramel Macchiato
  (Coffee + Steamed Milk + Caramel Syrup + Caramel Sauce)
  
• Prepare 2 American Scone Caramel Toffees
  
  
• Take order
  
• Take the bracelet
  
• Make Green Tea Latte (Vanilla Syrup + Steamed Milk + Matcha Powder)
  
• Prepare American Waffle
  
  
• Take order
  
• Make Salted Caramel Mocha
  (Coffee + Steamed Milk + Caramel Syrup + Hazelnut Syrup + Chocolate Sauce)
  
  There will be a topless guy coming in and starts to dance(?), you will be given various options as shown here[imgur.com].
  I have tried several times to get the ??? but I got softlocked.
  
  
• Take out the trash, clean the toilet using the equipment from the locker and take the toilet paper from the store room
  
  
• Prepare Lattes (Coffee + Steamed Milk)
  
• After the timer stops, go to the store room and walk around until a figure captures you in the dark

Day 5

• Leave apartment
  
• Go to work
  
• Open locker
  
  
• Talk to the investigator
  
• Take order
  
• Make Chocolate Chip Chillappucino
  (Blended Ice + Coffee + Milk + Chocolate Sauce + Cocoa Powder) and
  Salted Caramel Mocha
  (Coffee, Steamed Milk, Caramel Syrup, Hazelnut Syrup, Chocolate Sauce)
  
  
• Take order
  
• Make Salted Caramel Mocha
  (Coffee, Steamed Milk, Caramel Syrup, Hazelnut Syrup, Chocolate Sauce)
  
  
• Take order
  
• Take order ticket
  
• Make Salted Caramel Mocha
  (Coffee, Steamed Milk, Caramel Syrup, Hazelnut Syrup, Chocolate Sauce) and

• Prepare Sweet Red Bean & Butter Bread
  
  
• Take the ladder, put it at the back of the store (where the yellow tapes are) and climb to the roof.
  
• Climb down
  
• Take a look at the photographs on the wall
  
• Take scanner from the office
  
• Take out all pastries and put them in the trash one by one
  
• Scan products at the front of the register
  
• Take the money out of the register and put them in the bill counter
  
• Flip the the sign
  
• Check locker

The Ending

Here we have 3 endings :

• Instant Death : Ran out through the store room door and immediately captured by the stalker.
  
• Stealthy Escape : Take the screwdriver from the back room to open up a vent in the bathroom, take your car keys on the ground at the drive-thru and make your way to the car.
  
• Sometimes Violence is the Answer : Take the ladder, put it in the back room where the yellow tapes are and climb up to the roof. Take a brick and drop it off on the stalker. At home you will hear a ringing phone, go out to the balcony to see there is a phone down on the ground. Leave the apartment, take the phone and go back into your apartment.

On day 4, I couldn't get the ??? dialog either. I spent an hour replaying that part, trying to unlock the dialog but get softlocked everytime.
