Introduction
I create this guide to share a few tips for anyone who has a hard time getting these two achievements. I'm not a pro of this game, and I bet there are other ways to complete it, but this is the most reliable way I've found. I apologize for any English mistake in the guide.
Before starting a rank 5 run
  • Many parts throughout the game are unforgiving. Try to remember where the enemies spawn and memorize the right time to go through by practicing a lot. You can crouch or wait a bit to dodge bullets. However, waiting too long will cause death from aging. If the warning text appears under the screen, you have about 20 seconds to finish the level. So be careful and agile.
  • Collect all the oils everywhere they appear. It prolongs the durability of the weapon. Also, keep remembering the weariness of your ordinance so you can mend it right before it breaks. Most importantly, keep at least one gold and red oil with you.
  • Get items from every secret chest you found. I'm not good at using the pink throwable weapon, so I don't recommend reaching out to areas that require it if you have the same problem.
  • An effective way of killing a monster with eggs is going close that the bird can kill it in the first flying round. Or you can remember the standing position to let the bird fly to the target accurately, but this might take a few retries to perfect it.
  • Most swords and staffs are unable to use in a cramped area. Bring a throwable weapon instead.
Level 1
  • Start playing as an alchemist. If you get other classes, restart until you get it.
  • Kill the first three enemies at the start. Collect all eggs they dropped.
  • Then, move sharply through the cave. The bean monsters are a real pain to deal with since they rely on RNG. You can kill some of them from a safe spot with eggs.
  • Kill all trees and girl monsters you come across. They drop weapons and armors too. Make sure you don't kill them near the spike pit because the item often falls in it. In contrast, leave the girl with tortoise monsters alone. It is too risky since these can hit you immediately when they separate.
  • One secret chest could be found in a cave where fish come out. Use a key dropped by killing the woman there to access the chest.
  • Keep at least one staff and lance (any color) with you when you have found them. They are crucial for the following levels.
  • I recommend you pass this level without using any weapon and losing any armor. You'll need a lot of them later on.
Level 2
  • A blue monster moving speed is unpredictable. Often they slow down when you try to stomp them, which dodge you and cost you some armors.
  • When the bean cannon monsters spawn, snipe them with boomerang-type weapons. Try not to use a lance because you can lose it on the spike floor. If you get hit, use your brief invincible state to reach and kill it as fast as you can.
  • There are three secret item spawning points in this level. The first one is your son at the left of the first elevator. Kill him to get the items. The second one requires a pink throwable weapon to access. The last one is in the chest at the bottom of the spike hole. You will find it in the corner when you go down through the hole.
  • If you pass this level with your armor intact, the RNG is on your side. Keep going.
Level 3
  • Kill all dot monsters at the start area and the guy below. You can lure them to the ground below, so you have more space to eliminate them with no weapon.
  • Next, kill all dot and tiger monsters from across the waterway with a weapon, or lure them to the ground. They often throw themselves on the spike. One flying cat is carrying a dot monster here. Kill the cat and let the dot monster to the same area. For the multi-head snake, ignore it if it has four or five heads.
  • Before reaching the second guy, use the gold oil on your lance to create a golden lance and equip it. If you don't have it, a throwable weapon is preferable.
  • Now it is the hard part. There are so many ranged enemies with tiny space to move. A golden lance can kill many enemies in a single throw. Yet, prepare to endure a bullet hell here. Push through to the end of the level but don't lose your golden lance.
  • Consider yourself incredibly lucky if you complete the level with three or more pieces of armors.
Level 4
  • The cooks drop a throwable weapon, kill them whenever you found. His throwing knife is projectile. So jump timely.
  • Killing jumping dot monsters by stomping on them could be risky. Use your weapon or let them crash a wall instead.
  • A secret chest is in the whale's body below the second cook. Beware of crabs and sharks.
  • You can kill all three crabs on the platform if they distract you when you try to get the third cook.
  • One swift of a golden lance could clear the room full of frogs.
  • The easy way to take care of the blue lancers at the end is by luring them to the far left wall of the room before jumping while they are hugging the wall. Don't use a sword. It's too short.
Level 5
  • Green worms, with a husk or not, don't cause much trouble. Goblins (a tiny green warrior with a whirlwind attack move) are the opposite. You can't stomp it. Throwing weapons is the safest way to take them out.
  • There is one bottle of red oil to grab. But you need to bounce on two bats precisely to get it. Watch out for the crab when you reach there.
  • From now on, there are no items to loot. Use your remained item wisely.
  • Before going down to the rolling blade area, mix a staff with red oil for a fireball staff. Then, clear out all the bats with it and save it for the endgame. A bean cannon waits at the other side of the area. Prepare to kill it fast.
  • You can clear out Lots of Green worms at the end with, again, a golden lance.
Final level
  • At this point, you would have only one piece of armor or none of it. The pressure is high. I hope you still have throwable weapons and oils.
  • Many green goblins are present here. But the menacing enemy is a red goblin. Apart from being unable to be stomped, it has a shield to block your weapon. Keep throwing things on it until it lowers the guard throwing a knife at you. The knife movement is not projectile.
  • A flying monster's bullet will temporarily turn you into a chicken. You can't use a weapon and move slower. Better not to take it near a goblin.
  • You can spend all the eggs you have to take care of enemies. It's a safe way with a cost of time waiting for the bird to get the kill.
  • Before the boss's room, a green goblin and a bean cannon await you in a dangerous and tight area. Jump to the second level of the stairs and wait for the goblin to move to its death. Then kill the bean cannon.
  • Keep staying at the left corner in the boss's room. Clear all alerted enemies without touching the boss. Then, alert the boss with any throwing weapon, then kill it with a fireball staff (or everything you have).
The peasant run
Playing the game as a peasant is a bit different from other classes. There is no armor drop throughout the game. However, if you have got a rank-5 achievement, I believe that your current skill is more than enough to finish the run. The same approach can be applied here.
Conclusion
It took me three straight days (about 35 hours) to complete the rank-5 run and learn the strategy you have read. I hope this could help you get the achievements without too many retries. If you have any further questions, feel free to leave a comment. Thank you.
