Short Answer: No but I will be making a separate DLC Walkthrough over the next couple weeks.
Long Answer:This guide isn't 100% complete anymore but I have since made guides that are more up to date. This one was made before Fromsoft fixed the NPC Questlines and I've yet to make a 1:1 replacement as this guide wasn't made to be optimized, but moreso a way to experience the game "as intended."
I have recently written an optimized walkthrough and posted it on the Roundtable Guides reddit as well as on Steam. I will be making a similar guide as well as an "Intended" DLC Walkthrough. Due to prior commitments made before the release date was announced, it will likely take a couple of weeks to get the guides finished but I will be working on them as time allows.
For that matter I've had to skim read the wikis from the NPC's I found, concerned that I could advance too much, and ruin their quest, or miss some rewards or steps.
As in, I would love to complete everything in two runs, not three, haha.
So yeah, this guide comes very helpful. Im at 55h in, and have explored like 85% of Limgrave and Weeping Peninsula (Im a slowly explorer, played some coop as well)
Im still skipping Godrick / Margritt, as I see some npcs change locations or "story advances" when you kill Godrick. And I noticed a few things, like troll chests, send you to places like Caelid, in the crystalline mines, or the siofria river, on the way to nekron.
Thanks to me reading a lil bit, I knew I should better turn around, and finish optional things before.
Oh, also, there's an out of the way cave in Caelid full of rot which has an excellent bow, and the boss drops a scarab you can equip to boost rune acquisition by 20%. You should be able to handle it at 62, just keep boluses or Flame Cleanse Me on hand.
