NO speed-limit on trains

can you make it workable that the train is stop smoother, like my trains drive with full speed to the end of the station and break immediatly would be really nice to get known how to fix it or if you can fit this problem

Hi all, been awhile since the last comment, but for people asking how to get no speed limits on curves but with normal acceleration, I think I found the way. It is:

1. Go to the mod folder: Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/106780/2778695072/
2. Open mod.lua in your text editor of choice
3. Delete the part of the mod that says: game.config.trainAccelerationFactor = 0x3e8
4. Save, restart the game, you'll be good to go!

I tested it using 50 kph trains going around curves that had a 46 kph speed limit and I can confirm they did not decelerate, and they still had realistic acceleration coming out of the station. Hope this helps everyone!

Everybody's asking for it and so will I, would it be possible to just have the full speed in curves and not the instant full speed?

What @Tsubame said I also would love a version like that with No Speed Limit but with normal acceleration

😂it's I did before April Fool's day last year because I built a super train running Mach 2. In the game, the speed of direct track change will not exceed Mach 1,so I built this thing,uh.. didn't think too much about.....

im not sure i want a train going to warp 10 as soon as it leaves, but i definitely want max speed on curves. Also maybe an option to select trains for the instant speed??

the no speed limit is attractive but this instant max speed on start is my big dislike
