Dishonored: Death of the Outsider // All Paintings

A guide for all the painting locations for Dishonored: Death of the Outsider. I couldn't find any guides just for the paintings so I made a simple one myself :)

Mission One

There is only one painting in mission one.

Once you reach Albarca Baths, head down the stairs, you'll see the painting directly above the fighting ring, go forward and enter the room on the left. On the far left there's a stack of boxes, climb them and onto the pipes beside them, you'll see a hole in the ceiling, climb up into the room above. Steam will be blocking the hole in the wall leading to the painting, use the valve to turn off the steam, crawl through to collect the first painting.

Mission Two #1

This mission has 3 paintings.

Facing the bank, to the left, there's an open window.



Use your power to get inside and find the second painting.

Mission Two #2

Enter Shan Yun's house and go to the very top floor. Turn around to the right and you'll see a door at the end of the hallway, enter to find the painting.

Mission 2 #3

Go back into the hallway and through the double doors, go through the doors on the right (Shan Yun's room) turn around to the left once inside to find the painting.

Mission 3 #1

There are 4 paintings in this level.

For the first painting, run straight ahead from where you start and go right when you reach the dead end, run down the stairs and you'll see a boat to your right. Underneath the boat is a body with the key to the boat. (if he's not there, run around for a bit and come back, it worked for me) Loot the body and use the key to unlock the boat door. Find the painting inside.

Mission 3 #2

For this painting you'll need to follow the Sedate the Bank Personnel side mission. (you can select it from your journal if it's not highlighted already.)

Once you can access the auction, the painting will be inside.

Mission 3 #3

The last two paintings are inside the bank.

Head to the third floor. Use the red button to open the doors, go right and the painting will be on the wall.

Mission 3 #4

This is the last painting you'll need. From the bottom floor and through the double doors you'll come across the room with the vault inside and two clockwork soldiers. You'll need to disable/get past the wall of light. Once though, run down the stairs or take the elevator to the bottom floor. The painting will be in one of the small rooms to the left.

The Outsider painting is by Sokolov and the Luca Abele painting is a self-portrait, while the achievement require just paintings by Cienfuegos. Its good to have all paintings in this guide though.

Apparently 2 paintings might not count but I included them all anyway in case! Plus they come with coins ☺️

I managed to get the achievement even after missing the painting in the first mission.
