isn't Morrowind still part of the Empire? i know the argonian's invaded and took the border region but i don't think they ever officially left like the other provinces.

I feel like Anequina and Pelletine's status as a client state isn't too different from a regular province within the Empire which also enjoy a great degree of autonomy to the point where making that distinction isn't really necessary. I do regret not portraying Rimmen/the Rim as an independent territory, though.

Anequina and Pellitine are vassal states of the Dominion, if I recall, they pay taxes and are usually left to their own devices...unlike Valenwood and its assumed and regular "purges" to ensure compliance and quell rebellion. Very good map!

A petty kingdom in Cyrodiil [en.uesp.net] founded sometime before the Great War. It was introduced in TES Blades and seemingly still exists by the time Skyrim takes place as it is now also mentioned in one of AE's new CC mods [en.uesp.net].
