1. "Cash-In" Subquests
And take new Subquests!

The ones at the lines 4-7 are standard "must-haves" from my personal point of view. Those are basically subquests which are doing themselves, without having to aim for them to be done. As 5th subquest I recommend something which is done quick or you know for certain you are going to do it anyroads. Like gathering Honey whenever possible, since you know it is constantly used for crafting Mega Potions.

About Kamura Points
At some point it might seem it is pointless to collect even more points than you already have.
Yet people tend to miss out that they can easily make the points into Zenny by exchanging points for items - especially Trade-in items which can be exchanged for lots of Zenny.

Also, the points are helpful in exchanging essential crafting materials for several Upgrade Items.

If you like to know more about Upgrade Items, feel free to check my guide about them:

2. Refresh Your Item Loadout
Restocking on potions, traps and bombs can be a time consuming chore - that is if you are not making good use of item loadouts! Setting up more than just a few can not only make your life much easier, but it is also a significant time saver between hunts.

Veteran's Tips
You can not only link Radial Menu Loadouts with Item Loadouts, but you can also arrange the items in an order which fits you most for the Action Bar!

Like this, example given, you can start your hunt by drinking the hunt-lasting Upgrade Items and then have next in your Action Bar Flash Bombs - making it easy to have them ready to throw without the need to put it on a Radial Menu hotkey.
3. Check for New Buddies
While this might be less interesting when you reached the point in which you have a full and perfect roster, it is especially interesting at the beginning of the game.

There is a hidden guild card title to unlock for filling up your Buddy roster, and it can take some time until you have the "perfect Buddy" with the skills you desire for them to have. Therefore, checking on Iori for new Buddies is an essential part of your Post-Hunt Routine.

If you are uncertain which Buddy is the best for you, check also on my other guides which have special Buddy related hints:

My personal Recommendations for You

Whether Palico or Palamute, go with Knockout King + Status Attack Up Buddies

Healing Palico
Healing Bubble + Vitality Vase + Shock Tripper
A great companion for hunting Elder Dragons and Apex monsters.

Assist Palico
Go, Fight, Win + Power Drum + Shock-Purrison
Effective helper during Rampage.

Gatherer Palico
Healing Bubble + Anti-Monster Mine + Flash Bombay
You and your fellow hunters will not want to miss them when they bring home plundered gems and more very rare materials with their Pilfer skill!

4. Check on New Trade-in Items
In general you earn more than enough Zenny just by playing normal. But sometimes you want to reward yourself with some alternative weapons and armours. While in Endgame Zenny might matter hardly at all, you might like the extra cash especially early on which you can get via so called "Trade-in items".

Rondine's offer change after each hunt. Some times it is the Gloamgrass Bud you can buy. Other times it is the Pale Extract. And then there are times where you can get valuables just for exchanging them for Zenny!

3,000,000 Zenny per Hour
You need even more Zenny...? Alright...
I cannot help you with that, but maybe this video gives you a helpful pointer...

And if you like a change of scenery with Sunbreak...

5. Send out Meowcenaries
After every 5th Hunt

Sending out your Buddies on missions brings back loot items you normally cannot get and at the same time your buddies gain experience points.

Yet in my opinion the best: you get monster loot for almost free! Saving you time hunting repeatedly after a monster you have not much interest in, like Bnahabras. Later on, when you notice you do not need any more monster loot items for crafting, those items can go straight into Melding or for sale.

6. Check on Cohoot Nest
After every 5th Hunt
Ideally at the same time when you send out the Meowcenaries you check on the Cohoot Nest too. Free goodies await you!

A lucky haul this time!
Silver Egg is a valuable item which you exchange for Zenny, Lagniapple for activities and even a Great Whetfish for combat!

In Elgado, part of the Sunbreak expansion, you will find two more Cohoot Nests.
You can loot the nest in Kamura and the one in Elgado, and grab that way twice the loot.

The other nest is home to a baby Cohoot. So cute!
Make sure to feed them after every quest, okay?!

7. Give Shirubei a Lagniapple
After every 10th Hunt
At the Buddy Dojo you can have up to six buddies being trained by Shirubei and their Toadversary. While it may be not much in comparison to taking your buddies along with you, it is still a big help, especially early on to get your buddies ready for higher levels of Meowcenaries missions and Buddy Bargaining.

And all you need is just to share a single Lagniapple, which you get more than plenty for free from checking on the Cohoot Nest or doing subquests.
8. Get a free Sourvenir from Pingarh
In Elgado, part of the Sunbreak expansion, you can get a souvenir from Pingarh whenever he has new wares. Check after every hunt, since it seems to be a 50:50 chance.

Those can be traded in for extra Zenny .
And for collecting many souvenirs from him an award awaits you ~

Left when he has no wares, no souvenir. Right: a wares related souvenir awaits you.

You can easily spot it from afar, when checking on the Argosy if Pingarh has new wares.
9. Miscellaneous
Lottery
The normal items you can get from the Lottery seem not like much enough to be worth it. But taking part at every Market Sale Lottery is still recommended. Not only do you get chances for some miniatures to decorate your room, but also a guaranteed miniature prize for every 100th Lottery participation.

Melding
While there are controversial discussions at the forums, whether it is beneficial or not to keep on melding with Monster Hunter Rise - Sunbreak at the horizon, presumably bringing new and better talismans which renders the current one less worth, it is still recommended to consider having the melding pot well filled between your hunts. There is always a chance for you to hit treasure, and the melding counter also is a nice indicator between hunts to tell how many hunts until the next time to send out the Meowcenaries, visiting the Cohoot Nest and when it is time to give Shirubei another Lagniapple.

Buddy Bargaining
Make sure not to forget your buddies who help you acquiring items via the Argosy submarines. From time to time you want not only to empty their collector baskets, but also check on their Buddy Bargaining for getting special armour items.

Enjoy Dango
Last but not least, do not forget to eat before every quest - at least for the health and stamina boost. Preferably after you know what quest is next, so you can adjust e.g. elemental defense dango accordingly. A fast way to do that is by setting up Usual Dango sets.

And if you forgot to eat - no worries! You can always order dango at camp, whether on the field or during Rampage. You just will miss out on the special dango selection when you forgot to eat before the quest.

An easy way to get more Dango Tickets to increase your chances for activation of the special effects can be seen in this video:
