There are 2 notes in the final cave - one near the relic and one about half way down towards the gate. I cant find the lost ring either. Will just have to keep looking

I finally found the 50th coin: it's above the edge of the stake pit in the woods on the east (right) of the map, and requires an accurate long jump to get the coin and land safely

I found the last temple & relic on the NW corner of the map (again taking the top as north). Go up the lighthouse hill, keeping to the left edge. Ignore the first stone path ledge that leads off to the left but take the next stone path ledge on the left. Follow this ledge and, after jumping across one gap, you'll come to the temple and relic, as well as some coins (six, from memory).

These coins left me on a total of 49 and I cannot find the last one; interestingly, in the videos of the original unmodified game, one coin is shown behind the locked gate of the lighthouse - this did not appear when I played so I wonder if this is the missing 50th coin, and where it got moved to? Incidentally I also can't find the ring (for one achievement) or any more than three notes (for another achievement) - I found two notes in the ground level NW temple & relic cave, and a third near the temple & relic in the final cave, but I don't know how many more notes I'm missing.

No knife to be found at all!, Im just stuck because I cant find the knife. what does it even look like?

The fifth relic is (taking the top of the map as north) at the SW corner of the island, on the beach just underneath the X.

As for getting off the island, maybe this got patched since the last comment, but you can see it on the beach just south of the switch (marked leverage needs knife on the map). It appears after you destroy the lighthouse.

When you climb the tower go outside, open the panel and turn it off. You'll probably die before getting back down and out of the tower. When you respawn go to the cage next to the tower and you'll find it open. Go inside the cage, take the elevator down, to the right is the last relic. Go back to the elevator pad and edge forward until the saw blade and spiked block crash together. As they separate jump across to the computer and use the computer to "destroy" the tower with the cannon. It doesn't really destroy the tower and I've found no way to "escape" the island as indicated in the game description.

Knife spawns in various places!
Last relic is bugged and they haven't fixed it yet.
Buggy if you die it won't reset some areas.
Bugged if you quit and restart it won't reset areas.
only good bit "It's free" even then I'm not sure it's value for money.
