It really was crazy. It forced me to explore by raft.. that's how I found this spot. A world seed that actually encouraged raft use!!

With the widespread ravines and hills it was obvious the game was telling you to flatten the hills and use the stone to fill in the ravines in order to make suitable spawn areas. I thought you would figure this out! :-)
