How to get the "Perfect" achievement

I was playing the game trying to get all the achievements and I just can't pass this level, I keep messing it...

So, I use a hint.

Messed it again and refreshed the puzzle, the numbers of the hint were still there so I used them.

When the puzzle was finished, the "Perfect" completation pop up....

This sums up pretty much how I found this bug.
