Sniper build dominating

Another attempt on dominating after the max dexterity ninja build. Able to destroy the 4 Nagas in Expediton and 1 shot Tchort with the right set of equipment stacked.

Starting stat and overall method.
Start with 5(for sniper rifles)/3/9/3/10/3/7(easier crafting). Guns (obviously), Stealth, Hacking, Traps (important during early games), Mechanics, Merchantile being priority. Electronics for some components and backup laser pistol later. TM essential from mid game.
Except for the very early game where can only use whatever available. Usual tactic is to use stealth to find the best spot, opening shot with snipe and Aimed shot, after crafting the first sniper rifle. Bear traps at choke points to make different groups of enemies to lose sight and divide combat into small enemy groups, before access to more powerful rifles and feats for more shots (specialized shooting spree combined with Contraction and Adrenaline).
Character and equipment development
Aimed shot and sprint being the starting feats. Recklessness for an important boost of critical rate. The sniper related feats such as Snipe, Shooting spree should be taken as soon as possible. As the usual tactics for combat will be Shooting spree -> Snipe -> Aimed shots then normal shots. Earlier on may need flashbangs to escape and restealth against some large groups. Only taken Gun nut as a crafting feat as other Critical and TM related feats occupies all available feat slots besides Blitz (spent 1 stat point on agility at lv20 for that). Blitz with Sprint means an extra sniper shot which is often live saving. Throwing up to around 50. Biology only up to 55 for focus stims. Other bonus stat points all goes to Perception.

Most important TM abilities include Temporal Contraction (more shots), Limited Increment (reduce cool down), Stasis (Extend blindsiding and essential in situations with too many enemies or hidden ones such as the deep worms). The others are not used much.

Early on simply craft a sniper rifle of reasonable quality frame purchasable, craft bear traps to place at chokepoints with stealth to divide combats before feat set become available. After the drill parts try obtain the Dragnov as early as possible, using that for some time due to common 7.62 rounds and low action point cost. While collecting smart modules and rapid reloaders for better sniper frames.
A laser pistol with Ampilifed and Smart parts as a secondary weapon in case of close range enemies and move and shoot become necessary.

Joined JKK for Sniper rifle frames and Cloaking device parts. The Cloaking device serves mainly to boost damage from Snipe for some High HP enemies. Occlus for Huxxkey and Vanishing grenades.

Choice of armor will be Infused Rathound with components for stealth, since critical rate will be the only concern since there wiil be a need to reply on critical from regular shots. Night vision goggles for max accuracy, Seeker in most cases, Smart as situational goggle of choice.

5 is the min requirement for using sniper rifles if I remember. Other than those related to agility feats, perception being the most important.

You mean 10 agility? That's for sprint +blitz for an extra shot. Mercantile is for buying some extra high quality crafting components, high quality as in over 150.The 7 intelligence is for reducing the points needed to be spent on crafting skills, as well as some crafting feats. No need for dodge evasion because this build intends to kill most enemies in encounters before they can react, energy shield will be your best defense. Persuasion scales with will only so probably leave that for a psi build instead.

Hello. Few questions:
What mercantile for? Best prices or dialogue options?
Why no points in dodge/evasion? How to defend yourself from damage-attacks??
7 agility - why? For movement points?
Why psi feats taken - is there any psi abilities you use in that build?
