thx ! then I will stay with my old mod "Secret Lair for Vampires" for it teleports me back to the place I entered

you can access the world map while in the house, and NPC cannot access because it doesn't have an entry access point (door) to the building, as it uses a Spell to teleport inside. The house is for the Player only when you are traveling.

Am I too stupid ? But I can not find any way to leave the Sky-home back to Skyrim -only the "coc"-Konsole brought me back.
I have another follower and he could not travel with me to sky-home except by Konsole
