There are many beautiful places on the planet that you should definitely visit. One of them is Highdeeps County, located right between the endless ocean and the high ridges that go around it on three sides. Excellent views, fresh air, birdsong, wind and splashing water. What else is needed for happiness?
- The map has many interactive buildings and interesting places. You can do something in the city or go to nature!
- Maybe, you can do some kind of roleplay here. That's why there's lots of interactable buildings.
- The emphasis during creation was placed on diversity, so that all mini-locations have their own "atmosphere".
- Map has very high skybox so you can fly your planes freely! (be careful, side borders are still there).
- There is five music players that you can find on the map, with music written by me: Astral Lake (swamps), Essence (farm), Fluctuating (laboratory), Grasshoppers (city), Kontur (lighthouse).

1) Too much addons, probably = lags. Especially for such a big map.
2) You can enable x86-64 branch in beta versions of GMod. In my case, it is +50% to FPS, but some mods doesn't work on this version. It will have effect if your PC can handle more than standart Source engine can.
