Have your player sound like the funny doll guy.

Voicelines don't occur everytime you take damage or die, its by chance

Taunt sounds have a chance to occur when killing a npc
Death sounds have a chance to occur when well dying
Hurt sounds have a chance to occur when taking damage from any source.
