The Most Productive Among the ASLs : The HEIL Python!
So we have the most infamous ASL arm out there Probably because a hand full of ASL are pythons which in my opinion are the best among the ASLs, A picture will be given now:

A Mack LR with the "Python" arm

Information :

The Heil Python can reach up to 12 ft. to grab a cascade (120 Gal. bin)

Heil Manufactured this piece of art at the Heil Head quarters because Heil 7000s and Multitasks were running low in demand so the python was manufactured after a 7000 but with a more "Extending"
are power also runs off of a minimum amount a hydrolic fluid (100 Km) per arm cycle!

7000s and multitask will be posted later in this guide (Multitask is very rare!)

A Old ASL arm : The Heil 7000!
This Section is based off of the Prototype arm that made through! The Heil 7000! Here is the picture as promised :
A Peterbilt 320 Heil 7000

The Information! :

The heil 7000 is a prototype made during the late 1990s as a quick solution for Automated Collection.

The Prototype name was lifted in 1998 when it was voted "The Best Waste Solution".

The heil 7000 is powered be a compacted hydraulic system that allows smooth transition from ground to hopper, at the cost of more hydraulic fluid Burn up.

Note : hydraulic Fluid has characteristic of OIL it will deteriorate at the rate the arm is used and will have to be switched out more frequently, unless the truck is running of of CNG ( Compressed Natural Gas) if powered by CNG Hydraulic Oil last twice as long.

The arms transition (on this one) is guided by a curved bar to help the lift move up and down unlike the other HEIL ASLs
The Prototype Voted another Arm/Body : The HEIL CP Liberty!
A Heil CP Python is a small compacted ASL using Either a heil Python or Rapid Rail Arm,
this was made for if a body was unwanted on a cab that didnt work well the swapped on keeps the arm but get this Constant Pack (CP) / Liberty body which is pill shaped with a fast packer that implies the name "Constant pack" seriously, fast and Efficient. Oh! Here is a picture on one!
A Heil Liberty paired up with a CCC LET2 Cab/Chassis

Information :

Heil Made it to were only the Python and Rapid Rail could be transitioned to a Liberty ( Something about bolts...) so that way you couldn't have a heil Commander Liberty.

The Heil Liberty was made as a prototype so that way Bodies that were not wanted were not left out, so that way bodies and cabs were not trashed them self instead transitioned to a new cab and a old one could be a liberty!

Heil's Light-Weight Solution : The Rapid Rail!
The Rapid Rail, ah very steady and reliable, but we will touch every detail here!
The Rapid Rail is a ASL made for Residential Collection and alleys with Rototanics (300 Gal. Bins) which this truck has a mode made for it! (and other ASLs but, works with the Rapid Rail Best.) Its called Light-Weight Mode to raise bins easier and more fluently while burning MUCH less Hydraulic
Fluid, Almost forgot! Here is the picture!

A Autocar Xpeditor Heil Rapid Rail reaching for a Rototanic.

Information Time! :

The rapid rail has a brother which we will touch on that later.

The rapid rail was probably the only ASL that didn't need a vote to counted as a Official ASL

Another Body call E-Z Pack has a Rapid Rail styled are but its more glitchy.

The Rapid Rail Burns up less that 2 km. of Hydraulic Fluid per stop naturally, but in Light-Weight mode it burns up less then 1. km per stop! Talk about Conservation!
The Rarest ASL arm and body too existence : The HEIL Multitask
This is a really neat truck being only made for a year making them rare and pretty to get pictures of, If you find one. The multitask is probably the only Heil that is a Manual and Automated Side loader also the only one that does not work with the Heil Automatic Lift sequence so only the operator has to learn how to use the joystick or, go full Manual. Picture Time!
A Autocar ACX Heil Multitask Holding a 120 gallon bin.

Information :

The Multitask was a legendary plan before McNeilus' M/A Garbage Truck so heil was the first to make a Manual and Automated Garbage truck!.

The multitask does have a McNeilus looking claw, but was heils plan and all refuse companies share their Gripper ideas to see if Synergy occurs with grippers and arms.

The Multitask also is one of the only ASLs to have a block compactor a large metal piece that pushes and crushes refuse for more collection.
The Leader : The HEIL Commander!
This is a real piece of art, the commander is the most flexible of all ASLs with the ability of a Cylinder Chain Belt Hydraulic System so the arm can stretch up to 16 feet! 4 more than a python! A HEIL
Commander was made in 2001 as a new solution for collection and this struck has some special moves! Picture Please!

A Mack LR Heil Commander Dumping a 120 gallon bin (Cascade)

Information :

Now that "Special move"
It can pick up fallen cans because the Operator has a handful of buttons one being gripper movement, Which will Freeze arm movement to operate the grippers up and down allowing bins to be picked up if they fell so, the driver can stay inside the cab!

If you look under the body you will be a yellow "L" looking thing, right? Well that's a arm prop so if the arm is idle it will be locked in place until the operator has pressed the "Arm Unlock" button and the arm will be movable again! Great way to preserve the Hydraulic oil.
Other Pictures
Here we are with some more stuff ill just place pictures here this time!
