How to be Based and Yakuza-pilled (DW Build)

DISCLAIMER: This guide will showcase literally the dumbest build i have ever made. Please practice it properly in your own lobbies before attempting to make meta slaves cry, piss and ♥♥♥♥ their pants with your pee pee size that will grow by 4 inches (minimum) when you master this build.

Yakuza perk deck

First things first, you'll need the Yakuza perk deck. Often considered one of the worst perk decks for loud. But we dont care about that. What we DO care about is how this build actually works. The following is the list of perks this deck brings you:

Koi Irezumi:
The lower your health, the more armor recovery rate you have. When your health is below 25%, you will gain up to 20% armor recovery rate. (NOTE: Entering this state negates regeneration effects.)

Hebi Irezumi:
The lower your health, the more movement speed you gain. When your health is below 25%, you will gain up to 20% movement speed.

Tora Irezumi:
The lower your health, the more armor recovery rate you have. When your health is below 25%, you will gain up to an additional 20% armor recovery rate.

Ryu Irezumi:
The lower your health, the more armor recovery rate you have. When your health is below 25%, you will gain up to an additional 20% armor recovery rate.

Oni Irezumi:
All berserker effects in this perk deck will start at 50% health instead of 25%.

Got that? No? Me neither! All you need to understand is less health = more speed and armor recovery. Which means that during the entire heist you'll literally hear the "Pokemon Black and White - Low HP Music EXTENDED" from YouTube dot com as you run around the map trying to have your armor topped up 24/7 because your health will be so low that 2 bullets will be enough to down you instantly.

Weapon of choice

PRIMARY:
SNIPERS, literally ANY sniper in the game. Because they let you stay at a nice and comfortable distance as Graze does all the heavy lifting. Personal choices include: Platypus 70, R93, and R700

SECONDARY:
SMGs, make sure you take one that synergizes well with you sniper. If you're using a high damage low ammo pickup sniper like the Thanatos, make sure you use a reliable SMG with good ammo pickup and vice versa. Personal choices include: AK Gen 21, Krinkov (with a faster sniper with good pickup), Kobus 90 (with a high damage sniper). Experiment and find a combination that you personally like.

THROWABLE:
Flashbangs, use them to stun large groups of enemies when you need to run to a safe spot

MELEE:
High damage melee of choice. Ice pick, Katana, and Comically Large Spoon of Gold are my personal favorites

Deployable and armor

DOCTOR BAGS, you're already using literally the dumbest Payday 2 build known to man the least you could do is bring an useful deployable (and because you'll probably be the most downed person in your lobby).

ICTV. you'll be relying on your armor to survive, so more armor = good

Ok but how do i play this build?

EASY, just religiously follow these rules like a D&D nerd roleplaying a Paladin way too seriously (me).

1. You are NOT a tank
You might be using ICTV but you are far from tanky, make sure you always have an escape route in case your armor breaks

2. EVERYONE is a threat
Even a little basic bich cop will ♥♥♥♥ you up if you lose armor

3. DO NOT heal
You want to abuse the speed and damage buff you get at low health as much as possible. ONLY heal with a Doctor bag when you're grey.

4. USE flashbangs
If you need to make a risky push, make sure you actually use the throwable you brought with you.

5. Strike FEAR into Captain Winters and his entire crew
Since this build uses Graze, you'll be able to take down Winters in just a few well placed headshots. Make sure that man and his entire crew regrets ever DARING to spawn in YOUR lobby.

Conclusion

Once you master this piece of ♥♥♥♥ build you'll be running around the map like a Belgian Malinois on CRACK, constantly on the verge of death. This high octane, absolute brainlet build is guaranteed to increase your pee pee size more effectively than a decade of daily jelqing (do NOT look that up, please). Now go out there and make some meta slave Sydney main cry when they see you perform better than their Anarchist setup they probably copy and pasted from reddit.

Decent meme build, but could use a few optimizations here and there. Painkillers aced are always better than Quick Fix, the cops not spawnkilling the guy you just inspired helps much more than some 10% damage resistance. Obviously, this is even more true since you are packing doc bags. Forced Friendship basic is useless, use that point on literally anything else, Scavenger, or even Second Wind basic. Ammo Efficiency aced instead of Aggressive Reload aced, to mitigate the notoriously horrid ammo economy of snipers. Die Hard basic, Transporter basic, and Bullseye ace are kinda useless (maybe not Die Hard), but get Shock and Awe basic for the armor regen, ffs. Scrap Underdog, use that 4 points to get Parkour aced instead. Also scrap Swan Song basic, but get Shock Proof. Snipers die to Tasers, a lot.
