Helgen is Guarded by Blades Guards and Ebony Warrior Guards.
There are a number of Player Homes, Dragonborn Manor, The Dragonborn Sanctuary.
Spell Tomes for Summoning Followers,Merchants, Dragons even rideable Dragons,Horses and a Chorus Hunter Mount, Dragon Mounts, Guards and Soldiers
The Civil War is harder The Soldiers are Legendary with 120 Perks, Spells and Shouts
Guards and Bandits are tougher too.

Start a new game in the Helgen Exit Cave.

There are Shrines in the Helgen Exit Cave you can activate to start your game in different locations, like the Wagon Attack, The Dragonborn Sanctuary,activate The Shrine of Mara to start in the Temple Of Mara in Riften

The Main Stroy line automatically starts with Before The Strom.

This mod uses the Helgen Cave Exit MQQuickStart in the Vanilla Game file.

You can buy Teleport Spell Tomes in the Helgen Teleport to fast travel to many locations in Skyrim like every Inn, The Helgen Teleport is the Large Mushroom House near the Helgen Cave Exit.

There are a numder of new Houses near the Helgen Cave Exit and new Drakbrotherhood Sanctuaries to discovery.
