100% Achievement Guide (18.01.2022)

This guide contains list of achievements, thier descriptions and some tips how to obtain them.

Intro

While playing this game i haven't found any complete guide for it. So I decided to make one for at least achievements.
Please be sure to point out any inaccuracy or ignorance of fact, I will fix it.
Also, english is not my language, so fixes for typos and language mistakes are welcome too.

1. Welcome to Yllian

Complete the Prologue
Main story achievement, unmissable.

2. Rebel Rouser

Finish the main story of the Plains of Widows
Main story achievement, unmissable.

3. Waker of the Dead

Finish the main story of Grayleaf
Main story achievement, unmissable.

4. Champion of the Pits

Finish the main story of Heurik
Main story achievement, unmissable.

5. Mountain Climber

Finish the main story of the Whitelands
Main story achievement, unmissable.

6. Child of Iron and Sky

Finish the main story of Veranto'or
Main story achievement, unmissable.

7. Planeswalker

Finish the main story of Wotan's Grave
Main story achievement, unmissable.

8. Titanslayer

Finish the main story of the Path of Flesh and Flame
Main story achievement, unmissable.

9. Unsuccessful Negotiator

Finish the main story of Atellean
Main story achievement, unmissable.

10. The Twilight Twins Come Home

Finish the main story of the Lows
Main story achievement, unmissable.
This mission is a point of no return. After finishing main quest, you will not be able to get back to Plains of Widows, because that location will be replaced by Return to the Castle Hale. There will be big notification window, so you won't miss it.

11. Council Controller

Finish the main story of Queen's Nest
Main story achievement, unmissable.

12. Keeper of the Forge

Finish the main story of Barat Nor
Main story achievement, unmissable.

13. Last Bastion of Life

Finish the main story of the Return to the Castle Hale
Main story achievement, unmissable.

14. The Old World Ends

Finish the main story of the Nexus
Main story achievement, unmissable.

15. So Begins the Epoch of Heathens

Face the being at the Altar of Ascension
This is also main story achievement, but missable one.
After beating the game at least once, you will be garnted access to Liberation mode aka New Game+. That mode contains new dialogue options, they are marked as orange clock inside a whirlwind . You have to chooste those new options to advance new plot line. In the very end, if you don't miss anything, you will access new chapter of the story and new boss. Defeating the boss will grant you this achievement.

16. Seasoned Commander

Win 100 battles
Battles automatically winned by using Conquest are also counted.

17. Hey, Big Spender

Invest 100,000 gold in Yllian
Any money spending is counted. Recruiting and training units, buying resources, upgrading items, etc.

18. Time Traveler

Load from a previous quicksave
F5 makes a quicksave. At the moment of creation of this guide, there is no quickload key. You have to load manually from main or pause menu.

19. Conjuring Your Destiny

Cast 100 spells
Warrior's martial spells are also counted.

20. Some Legends Are True

Acquire your first legendary item
You will get your first legendary item at the end of Chapter V in the tomb which opens after defeating the first game boss.

21. The Way of the Warrior

Complete the Warrior skill tree
Complete means get access to 3rd passive which is unlocks after spending 40 skill points in Warrior tree. If you are not a warrior, you can reset your skills for 1000 gold in the Yllian, level up this tree and then reset your skills back.
This avievement is only obtainable after you get your second class upgrade, which is happens after you finish main quest on your 7th map.

22. One With the Lifestream

Complete the Magic skill tree
Complete means get access to 3rd passive which is unlocks after spending 35 skill points in Magic tree. If you are not a mage, you can reset your skills for 1000 gold in the Yllian, level up this tree and then reset your skills back.
This avievement is only obtainable after you get your second class upgrade, which is happens after you finish main quest on your 7th map.

23. Best of Both Worlds

Complete the Nephilim skill tree
Complete means get access to 3rd passive which is unlocks after spending 30 skill points in Nephilim tree. It is going to happen no matter what path you choose, because you will have more skill points than possible to spend in Warrior or Magick tree.
But if you want this achievement ASAP, you can reset your skills for 1000 gold in the Yllian, level up this tree and then reset your skills back.
This avievement is only obtainable after you get your second class upgrade, which is happens after you finish main quest on your 7th map.

24. The Nightmare of Your Enemies

Reach Level 80
Impossible in first walkthrough, requires Liberation mode.
In Liberation mode with using Soverign Shard of Nevandaar (Deluxe edition bonus) there is right enough expierence to get 80 level on last map. Just don't skip any enemies and quests.
Without Deluxe bonus this is still doable, but you have to farm a lot. Go to Illmeren's Temple in Path of Flesh and Flame and fight Ziminiar for a few hours.

25. A Dish Best Served Cold

Recruit Sharlea
Look for her in Veranto'or.

26. No Rest for the Wicked

Recruit Illmeren
Look for her in Veranto'or.

27. Servant of the Empire

Recruit Sebastien
Look for him in Veranto'or.

28. Unchaining the Beast Within

Recruit Melendrach
Look for him in Veranto'or. You have to take quest in demon camp to search for him, otherwise dialog won't start.

29. Reclaimation of the Past

Complete Corisandre's story
You have to complete 3 of her quests.
First quest is avaliable in Plains of Widows where you recruit her.
Second quest is avaliable in Atellean, you have to talk with guard at the north gate of the Veil's camp. He will only appear after you visit location for a secont time.
Last quest is avaliable in Return to the Castle Hale.

30. A Crow is Born

Complete Ejamar's story
You have to complete 3 of his quests.
First quest is avaliable in Grayleaf where you recruit him.
Second quest is avaliable when you speak to him in Yllian in Act II.
Last quest is avaliable when you speak to him in Yllian in Act III. In the end, you have to fight and kill him. He will be resurrected after that if you did everything right.

31. One Young Elder

Complete Ormeriel's story
You have to complete 3 of her quests.
First quest is avaliable in Whitelands where you recruit her.
Second quest is avaliable in Atellean, you have to talk with elf near Cavern of the Bloodroot. He will only appear after you visit location for a secont time.
Last quest is avaliable when you speak to her in Yllian in Act III.

32. Liberated Bagthal's Burden

Complete Bagthal's story
You have to complete 3 of his quests.
First quest is avaliable in Heurik where you recruit him.
Second quest is avaliable when you speak to him in Yllian in Act II.
Last quest is avaliable when you speak to him in Yllian in Act III.

33. A New Generation Begins

Complete Orion's story
Unlike other companions, Orion has only two quests
First one is avaliable when you speak to him in Yllian in Act II.
Second one is avaliable in Return to the Castle Hale after completing main story quest.

34. Taught an Old Demon New Tricks

Complete Illmeren's story
You have to complete 3 of her quests.
First quest is avaliable in Veranto'or where you recruit her.
Second quest is avaliable when you speak to her in Yllian in Act II.
Last quest is avaliable when you speak to her in Yllian in Act III.

35. The Hale's New Ruler

Complete Sebastien's story
You have to complete 3 of his quests.
First quest is avaliable in Veranto'or where you recruit him.
Second quest is avaliable when you speak to him in Yllian in Act II.
Last quest is avaliable in Return to the Castle Hale after completing main story quest.

36. Father of Beasts

Complete Melendrach's story
You have to complete 3 of his quests.
First quest is avaliable in Veranto'or where you recruit him.
Second quest is avaliable when you speak to him in Yllian in Act II.
Last quest is avaliable when you speak to him in Yllian in Act III. He may leave your side after the quest, depends on your choice. You will get achievement in any case.

37. Oh La La

Complete a romance with any companion
When going to the Lows, you have to choose on companion to go with. In that mission, when speaking with your companion always select dialog options marked with the heart, before and after main quest ended. In the end end of side quest you will get the achievement.

38. Represent

Acquire any faction's Legendary Armor
You need to be at least level 50 and have Revered reputation with any faction. Go to Yllian's Vault (button in low left corner of the Yliian screen next to portal button), go to respective faction's chest and open it. Chest in the centre of the room can be opened only in Liberation mode.
If you struggle with reputation in first playthrough, it can be easily done in Liberation mode.

39. All's Fair in Love and War

Spend the night with another character
Can be obtained while doing 'Oh La La' achievement.
Or just accept proposal to join an orgy in Gallean's temple in Plains of Widows, that's the first possibility to get this one. You will also have a lot of possibilities later, no point in listing them here, just click on the heart icon.

40. A Shining Beacon in a Dark World

Maximize the level of Yllian's castle
Avaliable after killing second boss and completing main story of the Lows. You need only upgrade main building, not the others.

41. This Might Be Overkill

Acquire your first Tier IV spell
This achievement is bugged or just incorrectly described. In current version of the game you will get this one after learning Eventide spell (Twillight level III).

42. One Woman Army

Equip Avyanna with only legendary items
In the Nexus, there is four necessery pieces, but they can be missed.
Also In Liberation mode, right before final boss' chamber you will find four chest with four pieces of legendary set armor.
If you want to do this as soon as possible in the first playthrough, then here is a list:

• Weapons - Through main questline.
  
• Shard - Upgraded in the forge (can be done in level I forge) or as random reward near the end of game. Soverign Shard of Nevandaar (Deluxe edition bonus) is fine too.
  
• Boots - Queen's Nest - You need to confront the Shrouded One in and choose to bring her to the demons that give you quest to find her. After she kills all the demons, choose the compliment line in the dialogue (the one that doesn't fight her or favorable for Highfather / Empire).
  
• Headgear - Queen's Nest - Champion's Tomb, Quest by Pausal the Zombie Mercenary King. He will appear only after you fight Council of Six by main story quest.
  
• Chestpieces - Can be forged in Barat Nor or looted from Enk in Return to the Castle Hale. Or just open Yllian's Vault.
  
• Pants - Complete Mathieu the Bard's questline. His quests located, by the order of appearance: Plains of Widows, Grayleaf, Veranto'or, Path of Flesh and Flame, Lows, Return to the Castle Hale.

Please note that there is legendary items other than listed here.

43. That Was a Lot

Perform your first ultimate skill
Avy will get her ult after finishing quests in the Lows. Companions will get thier ults after completing thier respective questline, if they survive of course.
Ultimate skills are on cooldown in the beginning of the fight, so on low difficulty fight usually ends before skill are ready. Just wait until it's ready, or use it in boss fight.

44. Even Death Dies

Defeat Mortis
Defeat 3rd boss of the game. Avaliable via dialogue in Yllian after completing main quests in Queen's Nest, Barat Nor and Return to the Castle Hale.

45. Tinker Tailor Soldier

Upgrade your first item
You will get blueprint of the forge in Plains of Widows. Build the forge, upgarde item.

46. Friendly to Inanimate Objects

Upgrade a Legendary item to +5
Upgrade forge to level IV, then upgrade legendary item until it's done.

47. Didn't See You Coming

Win a battle without taking damage
Self-explanatory. Kill all before they have chance to touch you. That's much easier to be done as mage with a lot of AOE.
I did that achievement by one-shoting Bagthal as mage when I first met him.

48. Death By a Thousand Cuts

Complete Sharlea's Questline
You have to complete 3 of her quests.
First quest is avaliable in Veranto'or where you recruit her.
Second quest is avaliable when you speak to her in Yllian in Act II. To get her legendary weapon, you have to let her kill her sister.
Last quest is avaliable in Queen's Nest after completing main quest. Follow the trail of blood and defeat Sharlea in battle. If you did everything right, she will stay alive. If she don't, you will get achievement anyway.

49. Keep Your Friends Close

Maximize your reputation with a faction.
Do favors to and side with faction you want reputation with. Easy with any faction except Empire because of Empire's uh... questionable ethics.
In Liberation mode it will be done in no time bacause of insane reputation boosts. When you choose Liberation option in dialogue, you will get +25 reputation with all factions.

50. Keep Your Enemies Closer

Become Friendly with every faction
Keep balance in you favoritism. Remember, choosing neutral and status quo options in conflict can lead to reputation loss for both factions involved.
In Liberation mode that achievement will be done almost instantly. When you choose Liberation option in dialogue, you will get +25 reputation with all factions.

To get the Reclaimation of the Past, there is an order. First in the Plains of Windows you need to help the soldiers at Port Grimard - find what is causing the plague - and destroy the mirror eye - which is in the Tomb, next to where you speak with the Captain of the Merchant Fleet.
The next step is in Attelian. Again, for Corisandre you need to progress the main story (get the one killed in the tower) in Atellean before you can get the second mirror. Then one can talk to the guard at the north gate. Bear in mind that if part one is not completed, this will not unlock. There is an option, however to travel back to the Plains of Windows via the map and complete the first bit as described above. If there is no exclamation mark on the guard or he tells you - “off with you, liberator lochlester is under the watch of the high father's holy eye." - it means part one is not finished.
After Attelian, one can talk to Corisandre in the castle of Yilian. The last bit is in Castle.

Regarding "Complete Corisandre's story" - talking to the guard at the north gate, i had to put Corisandre in my active party listing in order for the dialogue to pop up.

I haven't finished the game and wanna avoid too many spoiler for viewing details of each achievement. is any achievement about sacrifice one companion and make sword, if not, i'll avoid that mission

Thanks for pointing out the farming spot for level 80. I didn't even have to spend hours, since at level 78 Avyanna can one-shot Ziminiar and end the battle in 5 seconds.

They only appear in main quests as I remember.
But if you do second run for ALL the achievements, you have to do all side quests, otherwise it's almost impossible to get 80 level.

May I ask about the last story-related hidden achievement? So in Liberation Mode, do these ;new options' only appear in main objectives, or they'd appear in all side quests across Narvenda as well?
I am thinking of doing my 2nd run for the achievement, would prefer not to go every quest again just for this particular one..
