Councillor's experience trait
This mod allows councillors to progress in the position they are assigned to, just like the physician . The longer the characters stay in their position, the more competent they become in their tasks.

Thanks to this mod, even those unbearable characters, who take positions without your consent, will become effective over time! No need to get rid of them anymore!


Ce mode permet aux conseillers de progression au poste où ils sont assignés, a l'instar du médecin. Plus les personnages resteront en poste plus ils seront compétent dans leurs domaines.

Grâce à ce mode, même ces personnages insupportables, qui prennent des postes sans votre consentement, pourront devenir efficaces avec le temps ! Plus besoin de vous en débarrasser !

Feature
  • Added 3 levels of experience per councillor position.
  • A councillor can only specialize in one job.
  • Councillor have a 1% chance to increase their trait each month.
  • Councillor will be more efficient at performing their tasks in the same way as with the dynastic "bureaucracy" legacy.


  • Ajout de 3 niveaux d’expérience par poste de conseillers.

It would be nice to create a mod with a "council positions history button" to have a look at all our ex Chancellors or Stewards for example 🙂🤓

I haven't had a problem with promoting cultural acceptance or compatibility with other mods. Mostly because I don't use other mods that affect the councilor tasks.

It is however missing a section that adds a "flag = no_ai_culture_convert" after a county's been converted. Lines 1051~1079 of 00_steward_tasks.

@Oblivionis How does it not work properly for you? What are you expecting and what is it doing in your game?

It assigns XP on tasks and provides themed bonuses. It does not increase their effectiveness at said task, but does provide comparative "bonuses".
