Introduction

Since there is no English guide...yet...this is my first time creating a guide, please bear with me.

Like The Tenants itself, this guide is a work in progress that will be updated as I progress through the game and as the developers releases updates.

Successfully resolve a sprinkler malfunction issue.
You have to be in Manhattan and you need an office for that (not a house).
One of your tenant from office will call you via phone about sprinkle problem. Use uncle Steve. If uncle Steve bugs for you, use the other option. After you repair the sprinkle and exit the property, you'll get the achievement.

This is a random event that pops up. During date night choose the option to watch Kraken Twin Documentary.

Solve a case of a missing yogurt.

End Game

How one save can be used to unlock the following achievements:

First make sure to save and copy your file on the last misstion (finish upgrades on uncles house) before you complete it.

Next go find your save files on: %USERPROFILE% \AppData\LocalLow\Ancient Forge Studio\The Tenants\Save Files

You'll find "save0.sav" and the other ones if you have more than a slot. Copy "save0.sav" file and rename as "save1.sav" and do it until you have 4 different save files.
When you open your game, open "load" menu and you'll see your duplicated saves as different slots.

And important note; Make sure you backup your files before doing any changes. Don't forget to check file's date before duplicate it.

"Save0.sav" for Slot 1
"Save1.sav" for Slot 2
"Save2.sav" for Slot 3
"Save3.sav" for Slot 4.

So as an example; if your latest progression is on Slot 2 (you can check it on load menu in game, where you see your landlord name and avatar, number of properties you have etc.), you have to duplicate "save1.sav" file. As i say, simply check the file's date before you copy it.

Ok thanks for reply. Quite a shame bc I'm recording a video to 100% the game then I'm gonna unlock it in another way and explain it in the video in the end lol... Kinda shame that the publisher is that weird... but what shall we do.

@Artax, I read this on one of the community threads. It seems that the publisher of the game doesn't allow work on the game anymore. Future updates and patches is still being talked about on their discord apparently, but for now it doesn't seem possible.

Hey there, short question is the Community Achievement still possible to do? Bc. I read that devs turned off the community events ? Not sure how valid that is tho just thought I ask here into the round

@Bing Bing Bong, in the third district buy an office and rent it out, at some point a little side quest about missing yogurt should pop up, complete it and it should give the achievement.

Hi ViriCC. Assuming that you did a first job? Think that should be one of the very first achievements. Very odd and very saddening. Game was very fun at the start :)
